Actually it would be tough but make better laws which guarantees that the victim is never being punished and overall you have full proof for someone being guilty but at the same time this would be near impossible until our technology really really improves and it would probably still be near impossible so we will just have to start from the basic and make the education system better and will have to just raise better human beings. What I can recommend is go on Twitter and first talk about feminism and basically attract an audience then educate that audience on bad shit that happens with men too. In my opinion, if done right this can be pretty useful.
