Any advice? Get your love from your friends and family. Get your loyalty from a dog. View women like a car. They last 3-5 years tops then you get another one. As far as the wage slave, etc. Read stoic philosophy. Find some fun hobbies. Embrace the grind and let go.

Dietary cholesterol has no effect on blood cholesterol levels. Wrong. First hand research says otherwise. Dietary choleterol has a M A S S I V E effect on blood cholesterol. It comes down to genetics to what extent it effects, but dietary cholesterol is 100% correlated with heart attacks. If you don't believe me, read 'The China Study' or 'Heart Attack Proof'. Those books are done by the best scientists and researchers alive. 3 hours of free time a day? Sorry, but I'm not married nor do I have c…

Good points. #1 is key, especially for younger guys. I see guys who have image problems just like chicks who puke after eating. They think they're not big enough and they eat so much cholesterol. They're putting themselves in an early grave.

Bodybuilding is bad for you, it can lead to an early heart attack. Specifically the eat too much is bad, not the actual lifting. The amount of cholesterol that the average guy trying to build muscle consumes is sad. They just don't know what they're doing and the damage is permanent. Women don't care about muscles. Look at how much free time you have per day after work, after sleep, after misc things at home. You probably have 3 hours a day or so. Do you really want to give up 1/3rd of your actu…

It's a phase. Hormones over-rule the brain from puberty to the late 30s. You can't blame the guys, they're not 100% in control.

Rip off a classic movie with the sole point of promoting feminism. Gee, I wonder why it isn't making a lot of money. Sorry, I'm not going to go watch a movie that bashes men.

Democracy requires logical discussions. If that's not possible, you either fight a lot or you give up.

I had some older guys at work help me out like that when I was young. At first I thought they were joking, but they weren't. They didn't wake me up 100%, but they got the idea rolling around in my head that maybe the way the majority of people are doing things is flawed.

I believe you. The older I get the less energy I have. Now days, just sitting inside doing nothing is somehow appealing to me. Getting out and racing cars seems like a lot of work. Makes me wonder about HGH. You see some of the 70 year olds in Hollywood still going for it. They're on HGH, maybe that's the answer?

I've wondered about that. The current generation in old folks homes didn't grow up with the internet and computers and videogames. I think maybe, a lot of the sadness you see there is boredom? Can you image an old folks home where you spend all day trolling people online, having good discussions online, playing videogames with other real people, doing some virtual reality sessions? Could there ever be a case where retirement homes are nice?

I'm not sure the American people really have much of a say. Hillary has been appointed as the next one. Hence why they only have her 1 real opponent.

IMO, it depends on: Your diet Your friends If you have a good diet, and don't eat fast food, Chinese, frozen junk, then that's part of it. Second, as long as you have friends and you're not lonely on the weekends, I think that's the other part of it. If you have those 2 areas covered, your life expectancy should be the same.

Doesn't matter, Yahoo won't exist much longer. You can't force unqualified people into high positions simply based on gender and expect the company to stay in business very long.

That question when I was 15 would be a big N O. A few decades later, hell yes. Sex is over rated. I would take more life.

This is completely true. For the most part, people only remember if you made them feel good or bad.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
