1	How I overcame approach anxiety Dude I’d really encourage you to not take that PUA stuff too seriously. It just over complicates everything and puts you in a bad mindset. All those “techniques” will eventually make you think of girls as just objects that just test you and look for reasons to turn you down, almost as if they’re against you.
