"Hi, what's up?" and smile. Nothing sets up a positive interaction better than that. If she's not disgusted by your appearance and responds back, you've already accomplished a positive vibe. Why make it harder for yourself by trying to come up with multiple ways to open. Focus that attention on how to lead the interaction after that.

Relax and stop overthinking. Focus on your social skills. On campus, make it a habit to start saying hi and introduce yourself to as many people as you can (both guys and girls) while genuinely trying to get to know them. Around 5-10 new people are day is good. Later, focus primarly on girls and stating your interest in them. The dentist situation is irrelivant and won't hinder your game. It won't be a big deal as long as you don't make it one. Don't use it as an excuse to not do something that'…

Older women know exactly what they want in a man. You won't be successfull until you've learnt to be able to communicate without the layers of bullshit and agendas whilst being congruent to your intentions. Ironically this comes with experience and time.

Energy doesn't come from nothing. Your low energy could be from not actually enjoying nightgame (which if it is, no amount of energy will help) or nightgame is still an unnatural situation to be in thus feeling uncomfortable and freezing up. Either way, set yourself some mini-goals (for that night) when you go out that push you a little out of your comfort zone and make it a habit to follow through with them. As you repeat this, it will not only feel more natural but also make you more comfortab…

Be normal and focus on having fun. Being stuck in your head will not help you. Jungle gym as a first date is already a unique experience so you don't need to go out of your way to stand out. Climbing is also a great way to break the physical barrier between you guys so I would take advantage of it. If you are not sure about something test the waters by holding out a hand and seeing if she grabs it. It's better to kiss and apologise than to ask for permission. You'll be fine on your date, you're …

The girl will already know if she is interested in you or not within the first 5 seconds so choosing a topic to increase that questionable attraction is counter productive. Instead, screen the girls you meet to find out if she has some form of interest in you. The ones that do... it doesn't really matter what you talk about as long as you are leading the conversation forward while reciprocating that interest in her (whether that be through escalating or demonstrating your interest). As long as y…

Expecting you to change something about you for her. Whatever it is don't and learn to be able to walk away as there will be women who will like you for you.

You are overthinking and overinvesting in this girl. The fact that you were not able to keep a conversation flowing is just an indicator that you are in your head more than you are in the present or... you really do lack social skills. If it's the latter, your next few interactions with women will follow the same pattern. Your focus should be going out and improving your social skills and to be completely normal with this woman in the office. If you want to gauge her interest levels in you, the …

Unless your town is home to 10, 000 people or less it's not much of an issue. If you are worried rumours will spread, you can avoid this by being normal and genuine with your interactions. Make it a habit to constantly introduce yourself to 5-10 new people a day and get to know them which includes having a meaningfull conversation. As the weeks go on you will meet like minded people who you will undoubtly enjoy the company of. The feeling of what use to be and what is now can be an exhausting fe…

Having nothing to do is just another way of saying you have no interests or you don't have anything in your life that keeps you busy. A few ways to get the ball rolling are: Find a few interests that you are passionate about and join a club that has that activity on a weekly basis (this could be martial arts/dancing or whatever). Having something you do regularly is good practice to improve commitment, learn new skills which later transfer to other areas of your life. Get a job. Seriously, the m…

Start a journal and begin to log your experiences (both past and current) to help you reflect on your main issues. If you want long term improvement you want to tackle your main source of prevention and that comes by writing what's in your head down. You want to be critical when you're writing. Ask yourself why you acted that way? Was it something in your power to change? Find ways in which you can go about it next time you are in that situation etc. Reading more self help books will have little…

Go out and live life is great for those who have the motivation and discipline to do it. Those who don't won't benefit from it as much as a depressed person won't benefit from being told "just be happy" and "don't worry about it". People who aren't in such a situation will benefit from an example of how one can achieve what you wrote. The video (I imagine) will provide a good start to thinking about it but foundamentally the person needs to address their own limitations and what's preventing the…

Easiest way to prevent neediness is simply to make a habit of constantly meeting new women on a day to day basis and not stopping when a woman returns your interest (as most men do).

Ask yourself why you do not feel the need to show interest. Is it your ego (ie. you feel women should be approaching you as you are the man). Do you lack confidence (ie. you feel nervous when trying to engage with women). Are you socially enept (ie. you can approach women but find it hard to keep conversation flowing). ^ Find out the core reason to what's preventing you from it and then set up some goals and work on that.

Use your hand and practice different levels of pressure when you're kissing it. If you're not use to it all the other advice you read prior to it isn't going to help with the initial kisses as you'll be far too worried about other things like "what if it is bad?". Either way, start slow with mouth closed (no tongue) and if unsure just mimic how the girl kisses. With time you can implement other stuff and techniques like the guys above have suggested.

In general, set yourself some short term and long term goals that you can work towards. So many guys aimlessly trying to work on everything at the same time. Not only is this counter-productive but it also hinders your learning process. Set yourself one or two things to work on for the week (preferable something that makes you step outside your comfort zone). Get good at that thing and then set yourself something new. As for your eye contact or kino, look at the Escalation Ladder (google it) and…

College is an environment where people are more open to social interactions. Don't be discouraged by a few bad experiences. The girls with boyfriends.. they will introduce you to their single girlfriend, keep those ties going. There are always advantages to these situations. As for you, you're a freshman, why don't you concentrate on having a good time and getting to know as many people as you can. Seriously, the first 3 months of college, go out and say hi to every person, girl, guy, anyone and…

Advising directly to your question on how to make your voice clearer and louder, I suggest you look into a program called "Voicing It" by Nancy Daniels. Alongside the techniques taught in the program, training your neck muscles will aid and reduce the stress put onto your voice-box allowing it to be more relaxed and thus have a deeper resonance to it. Other than that, drink plenty of water, you should know why. Nothing else is going to help "clear your voice". It's a muscle that needs to be trai…

Without echoing my fellow redditers, a hobby can provide transferable skills that you can implement in other parts of you life. When you stick to something and make it a priority to get good at it, the confidence gained can be applied to other things. Confidence is something that does not come from nothing. Plug yourself into something, get good at it and those skills can be transferred into other areas of your life.

More times than not, integrating a sexual theme into a conversation is very much dependant on how comfortable you are doing it. I'm not sure if this applies so you but if it does, note the first few times you try take a sexual twist, you will no doubt give off that that very weird/creepy vibe you are trying to avoid.. but that's perfectly ok. In fact, it's because you are stepping out of your comfort zone that you unintentionally draw attention to it. As with physical touch, introducing themes o…

Being comfortable in your own skin is really a question about how far you are willing to work on yourself. Something that could help you is to reflect on why you might be feeling this way and to write that down, in a journal or notepad. Really question why it is that you feel this way, what might have happened in the past, what experiences might have caused this. This will go as deep as you let it. Once you've gotten to the root of the problem, write down what makes you happy, what you're passio…

In your case, having the time separation gap of a month may potentially mean the initial interest/attraction she had for you has died down. For future reference, if your logistics doesn't allow you to meet or push things further with the girl, try a simple message or short conversation once a week. She is less likely to forget you and feel any awkwardness a time gap may possess. I understand this time gap was because of your relationship but be aware, the quicker you act, the better for you. As …
