but do you have anything to suggest that pedophilia is more prevalent in women than in men? surely you'd argue that it would be equally prevalent. in which case, we can just go by the male incidence rate.

no, this is stupid. some were. and some kids who were molested don't become rapists. there's probably a correlation between experiencing sexual trauma and causing sexual trauma, but there are way more rapists than kiddy diddlers in prison, even though we try harder to lock up kiddy diddlers than rapists.

This is a good idea. Some boys will be like, "whatever, paint my nails, I don't care. at least it's not algebra." Others will be like, "YOU ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT PAINT MY NAILS, I'M NOT GAY OR A GIRL" The first type of boy is an alpha. (also, if you've never had your nails painted, I guarantee that you don't have a daughter.)

Over the course of ten years, there is almost certainly a text message or two that would lend evidence one way or another.

A contract does not require a written agreement. If he can, without perjury, say "yeah, we talked several times about how much money WE would make when WE sold the house," then they clearly had an oral contract to pursue a joint venture. If he did the work as an investment into a property that he thought he had a material interest in, it's not a gift. If she misled him into thinking he had a material interest, it's fraud. If she changed her mind after the work was done, it's breach. There's an a…

Unless you own $30k of shit, you can't afford the lawyer you'll need to get your shit back or the doctor you'll need to fix your heart after stress puts you in the hospital. If your total net worth is defined by clothes, a TV, and an xbox, you write this one off and walk away and never look back.

Take everything you read here with a grain of salt. There are a bunch of incel neckbeards who make things out to be worse than they are. Don't hate women: be cautious of all strangers. There are plenty of perfectly normal women out there who don't buy into the extremist point of view, but you won't ever speak to them if you buy into the other side of the extremism. Focus on becoming a better, more stable man so that when you find a better, more stable woman, she'll say "holy crap, there's actual…

As a guy in his late 30s, this is the right answer. Every young man should follow these rules.

Unless you had like $30k of shit in that house, you don't need any of it.

You should be able to wear a nice breezy sundress, and if your office wants to stop you, let me know. I will support you, brother.

The hell are you talking about? Go buy a new suit with the rent money you definitely won't be paying. edit: or post your measurements and someone will probably loan you a damn suit.

The faster this community gets rid of all the little punk-ass racists who think they can just post whatever twisted, hateful thoughts their adolescent brains have, the better it will be. Grown ass men don't hate entire races. We're brothers. You're out of line.

Honestly, I agree with it. Get your shit together. Make some money. Become stable. Then, once you can provide for the inevitable child that "getting pussy" will bring, go "get pussy."

I'd just leave. Not worth the legal fight. Nothing wrong with reclaiming all the hardware he installed if she doesn't want to pay for it. But, and while IANAL, I feel like if he really wanted to press his luck on half the profits, he would probably get it. Even if it's not a marriage, it's joint venture. She provided the capital, he provided the labor, together they created an asset worth $400k. Any reasonable judge would be like "ok split it down the middle and move on." That's a very different…

Trump did nothing to stop the jan 6 on the attacks on the capitol, and in some cases even encouraged and supported the attackers, but we didn't hold him accountable. See how that knife cuts both ways?

The extreme wing wants some crazy shit. Most feminists in America aren't the extreme wing. This is probably the same everywhere.

What is this sperg shit where you can't tell which women to stay wayyy the fuck away from? There are a lot of women you don't play with... and not because they'll falsely accuse you of rape, either. I dunno, somehow I've been having sex for 20 years and I haven't been accused of rape. Definitely some of them I wish I hadn't had sex with. Typically, that's because their husbands want to kick my ass rather than me fearing legal consequences. The world's not as simple as you wish it was. I hope you…
