Eh, women who do spend time and effort on their appearance usually tend to recognize the same effort - or lack of - in others. Truthfully, I'm sure most of the men in here didn't even notice. But, maybe you all should. If she doesn't have a handle on basic grooming, there is a good chance she may not have a handle on other basic things. Put simply, the biggest train wrecks I've known have always had chipped nail polish.
The terrible state of that manicure is more of a red flag, IMO. That color blue is actually very flattering on a lot of people and has been trendy for a long time. But with fake nails popped off, chipped off or missing, and several weeks past when she should have had a fill, this is not a person who takes care of herself. Either sort it out or take it all entirely off. There is no excuse for looking this ragged, much less taking a photo and posting it on a dating profile. I'd be beyond embarrass…
