Basically it’s the opposite of having a scarcity mindset (only focusing on one partner, oneitis etc). When in reality there are literally millions of potential partners AKA an abundance. You can apply this to just about anything in life as well. Don’t put so much value on one potential mate, when there are literally millions. Also google would probably have a better explanation if I didn’t get the point across very well .

You have to fail to succeed. Don’t be afraid of failure. If it doesn’t work out with this girl move onto the next one.

My advice when texting a girl you just met is only talk logistics for setting up a date (when where how etc). The more you text the less interest she will have. This isn’t always the case obviously but if you want to maintain interest only text logistics. Everything else can be saved for the date.

Try and incorporate daily practices that help circulate your sexual energy ie meditation, belly breathing, wim hof breathing, pranayama. When you notice you’re getting the lustful thoughts/sensations/emotions etc try focusing on your breath, and breath into your belly. That should help curb it a bit.

I don’t have any good advice on how you can find meaning in your life (I’m in a similar situation), but what I can say is having a nihilistic view on life is not helping you. You have to find a way to move past nihilism. Try looking into stoicism, or some other philosophy that will help you live your life better. Giving up isn’t the answer, keep searching, keep learning, you’ll figure it out.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
