Keep in mind I'm heavily depressed with anxiety and panic problems. I set a solemn goal for myself to burn off my small gut and get a six pack. I run 20 mins 2x a day now, and I'm consistent with it unless I get ankle pain I have my diet under control now, sticking to my calorie plan I went to an employment office to hopefully get a job Got a nice haircut It's not much but it's a start.

Can confirm I'm 26 now and I feel like shit for this very reason.
