0	Female Head of Diversity and Inclusion disregards International Mens Day because it is for men I'm from northern Cal, but I've lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Arkansas, and now Utah. I don't see it as a long term plan (maybe 5 years max) but I don't hate it. I'm at a big tech company here, so the mormons I see are more dominant Harvard MBA types. Basically, you give all of the respective HR roles to different parts of the company. Payroll becomes part of the Finance dept, Recruiting becomes part of a recruiting team, special events are planned by a creative team, etc. And if you have problems at work, you talk to your team lead or higher-up like a man instead of crying to mommy.
