Question is, how long is the LTR gonna last when he lets himself go?

not OP, but my guess is it's butter from grass fed cows, no extras like vegetable oils etc.

186 cm and 72 kg is relatively muscular? Sounds like a skinny guy thinking base abs showing through thin skin is muscular.

idiots like yourself Dunning Kruger Effect Sorry, but I'm tired arguing with a tin foil hat idiot. Just one last joke at you: you: those are stats from China, Italy and several other countries also you: just as WHO lied, China lied and politicians keep lying besides you arguing like someone coming right out of Alex Jones' ass and mentioning contradicting things like Donald Trump, you're also someone full of hate: I don't give a shit if every single living boomer dies. they are a sick generation …

So, a guy who can't even use the correct words to get what he wants to say across, tries to argue ("old country" vs demographic). And now, without bringing any source himself, he calls out the Public Health England as BS source. Yes, I mentioned the flu in the first place, because that's a virus with an actual 0.1% death rate. (one of the many sources) it's just a scam that boomers invented to protect their sorry asses Oh boy. What's next? Do you also believe that the Earth is flat and that Bill…

italy has a population of 60 million, so it should have 60k dead in total Assuming that everyone got infected by now, I see. old country What? How does it even matter? Do you mean demographically? Why isn't Germany having the same issue then? 0.1% There it is again... Ok, wanna see real numbers that can also be sourced? The flu has a death rate of around 0.1% (what you are trying to say is the same as covid-19). Let's take UK, yearly flu deaths around 300 (source: public health England). Current…

You go first, how about you link your source of "mere 0.1% mortality rate". I can't find any despite how big of a news it would be. And let's take Italy for example, 96.276 recovered vs 29.958 dead - even though lots of people wouldn't be confirmed cases, it's still enough deaths to have to call the military guys to get rid of all the dead people.

stats from China Good one! You should also include North Korean stats as well, the rate might drop to 0.1% in that case ;)

Where are you getting your "mere 0.1% mortality rate" from? Looks like you looked up the mortality rate of flu...

I don't think that u/Andgelyo deserves the downvotes. It's rather relative: some people think that eating shit is going every 2nd day to McDonalds, some people drink multiple liters of soda every day and eat chips or some other shit. In the later case, not doing a suicide diet is more important than going to the gym. But I'd rather say that you have to focus on both anyways. Training without proper protein/nutrients intake sucks, not training properly sucks, full stop.

I doubt Arnold would have been there where he was in his golden times with only self-hypnosis and without the steroids. Self-hypnosis might distinguish a Mr. Olympia from a crowd of champions, but it's not the most important part of lifting.

That's like saying "My uncle smokes everyday a pack and he is 90 years old, so smoking doesn't lead to cancer". If you and your friends can handle it, good for you. Doesn't change the fact that heroin and cocaine are one of the most addicting drugs and there's a high chance to get addicted to it.

The moderate are probably just the poor souls that can't buy enough coke to go full addict. I don't know the exact statistics but I found a mention of 21% of people who just tried cocaine, will get addicted at some point of their life. And that's just the sample set of who tried. People who consume it more often will probably have a higher rate of becoming addicts...

This is all fucking bullshit backed up with 0 science whatsoever. Like for example your claim that carnivore diet leads to colon cancer? (And in case you might try to argue that there is science backing it up: no, there is bad science backing it up, mostly epidemiological studies based on questionnaires that don't manage to get all the possible confounds right and only show a small increase in colon cancer risk, which is probably just the confounds playing their role. Also, there's at least one …

Sure, I can try to ignore my emotions. That works a few times quite well. But at a certain point, you just fall into depression because you get into the believe that all women see you as a child or something. That belief comes with time after experiencing constant rejection and is really hard to get rid off. And girls around my height are kinda unicorns, where I live.

I'm not an ameritard and I like skinny girls more - I still downvoted you 2, now what? Hint: it's because of people like bookynerd: actual hateful pieces of shit, and also something that isn't really blue pill - spending money for a better life.

LOL, now redpill is about believing in an imaginary men. I can also have honor and dignity or care about my family - no imaginary man needed to tell me this. If you actually need one to be told, you're far from redpill as it is possible, it's rather akin to being a child rather than a man, actually.

Imagine giving up everything for an imaginary man in the skies of whom there is no proof on earth, besides "proof" written or created by man himself.

Gender dysphoria and much of other psychological issues wouldn't be a problem if the world wouldn't be as blue pill/feminist as it currently is. I think it is dangerous to try to let the craziness die in itself. People with major psychological issues (all the LGBTQ and groups such as Antifa) usually tend to get violent, especially against people who they disagree with. And I think that everybody knows here what the blue pilled world disagrees most with.

And that's probably what led to the first disagreement between you and GLO/me. In my lifetime, I haven't perceived any misogyny in the real life, as I did not perceive real racism either. I even rather experienced sexism against men multiple times. I also was a victim of "racism", but I didn't whine back then on Twitter about it. I just did something about it. What I do perceive though, is shit like the stunt that Gillette pulled off. Portraying men as bad, who BBQ or try to day game a girl. Pre…

I'd say it's a poor choice of words. What I think that GLO wanted to say, is that the calling out of someone as a misogynist, is a feminist tactic. (From what I remember, GLO isn't a native speaker, or am I wrong?)

trying to hard to sound smart Ever looked in the mirror? And I guess I'll take it as a compliment on my side - I didn't try anything. To your arguments: I've referred to the words as they are used in the mainstream, you even said yourself that people often call racism when it isn't. When the meaning as defined changes compared to what people use it as, you have to use it accordingly. Otherwise people that use the perceived definition will call it out as bullshit as u/GayLubeOil did.

The thing is tho: You describe rape, the word misogyny is used to denounce basically men that believe in TRP, i.e. see that the world evolves around SMV etc., hence why misogyny is bullshit. You describe real racism, but the word racism is usually used against people that argue about things as illegal immigration being a bad thing, hence bullshit. One more funny thing: You talk about misogyny and nearly in the same sentence, you defend Muslims - the most misogynist group of people on earth. You …

Because it mostly feels like "just be yourself dude!" advice, coming from someone who's 100 times more attractive in looks than the average Joe.

In terms of perceived strength I can only speak from experience. I did some powerlifting for some time at a local club. We had some chubbier guys and they mostly looked either like normal dudes with "heavier bones" or they just looked like fat couch potatoes. Although they were stronger than me, people would attribute lifting weights more to my body than theirs. Of course there were some dudes that were big, massive and heavy, but their height and massiveness did the most contribution to strengt…

I know, but the difference is great enough so that comments like this happen: Lol, I got way more attention form women when I was 130 lbs with abs and lean face than now that I'm lifting way heavier and chubbier

If we make a plot of perceived strength vs actual strength over the whole male population, than this is simply a fact. This does not negate my statement though, as a ripped muscular guy vs chubby powerlifter are already extremely strong compared to the averages and it's a rather small subset. There's also the fact that muscle hypertrophy and maximal strength correlate but they are still different kind of things. Hypertrophy is mostly the thickening of muscle fibers to be able to put out more pow…

Sometimes, I wish that guys like you would experience a year of being ~30 cm shorter. Good fucking luck with "perceiving yourself as if there are no other human alive with the same SMV as you". Height is a major part of SMV, people who don't have any fucking clue about height, because they aren't short, would never admit it - it just doesn't exist in their world.

It’s very difficult if you’re a porn addict/incel Easy solution: go NoFap for at least 2 weeks or more. Then eye contact just happens and the feeling of need to look away goes away.

Any article that tries to talk about male suicide rates and depression and doesn't mention porn/masturbation addiction, discredits itself and shows that the authors have no real knowledge whatsoever.

Buy a safety razor, a good one is better and cheaper in the long run. If you're especially fancy, buy a straight razor. Or grow a beard, gotta be more masculine in response to all this crap.

For blades, you should buy a collection of small packs of different vendors and try out which one you like the most. Edit: guess I'm gonna search for a new favorite razor blade now ...

I don't know about the effects of androgen receptors, but the dopamine ones probably take the longest and the process can also be sped up by going monk mode, i.e. a dopamine fasting - no porn, no video games, no social media etc. I also can't remember if no masturbation is necessary for the dopamine change. I did both, no porn and no masturbation and I have definitely felt the change. Mundane things are no longer boring as hell and my brain doesn't grave the instant gratification from video game…

No porn is what gives the most benefits to most people of NoFap. Frequent novelty porn spikes your dopamine levels like being on morphine. Do this for long enough and your brain will change in different aspects. Major one is dopamine resistance and reduced androgen receptors and also porn induced erectile dysfunction.
