An old video of the same girl came to light. In this video she picked a fight with her neighbour because he painted his house's gate in black color. https://twitter.com/GreeshmaShukla/status/1422998429840547843?s=20

None taken. There are already 45 million cases pending in the courts. Realistically it takes around 300 years to dispose the current load. Edit: corrected the number of pending cases. Source: https://ecourts.gov.in/ecourts_home/

Allow me to explain you how rape cases work in India. If an adult girl has consensual sex with an adult male and the parents of the girl dont like this then the parents will file a rape case against the guy. If an adult girl elopes with an adult male and the parents of the girl dont like this then the parents will file a rape case against the guy. If an adult guy and adult girl had consensual sex and the relationship went south then the girl can file a case against the guy claiming to be cheated…

Police arrested the guy and a good Samaritan who tried to save him. The next day, there was an uproar in twitter after footage became public. So, the police registered an FIR against the lady.

Don't you know? Women in India can file "rape on pretext of marriage" (Even if the sex was consensual). It means if a guy "promises" to marry a girl and later if he backs out, he can be booked under rape. Around 60% of rape cases in India are actually consensual sex where relationships gone bad.

Delhi has a weekend lockdown. They don't have passes to roam around. Not sure why the police haven't charged them with the pandemic act.

We live in a society where honour is a distant memory.

I'm curious to know what happens to her afterwards. Is she jailed? Or let off with a warning? "Or what?"

I'm from India, prenups don't hold in the court here and judges, police, protection officers are all corrupted. I was under the impression that USA/UK and other developed countries have better laws.

Does making a prenup before marriage avoid this 'giving up half wealth' issue?

It's surprising how fast they go from violent, alpha, aggressive behavior to playing victim card along with tears in no time.

It's rare to see a female men's rights activist. Can I know the reason why you are so?
/r/AntiFeminists19/06/20 04:54 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
