It's perfectly okay to feel upset & lost, you're not alone. But if you're going to progress in life you need to have the mindset that you can & are worthy of happiness, whatever that may be. Start working out, pick a simple workout you can follow. Start being more mindful. | 2 | Why most of today's women aren't worthy of your commitment.I'm a little late on this but so much yes. When watching TV I would start noticing these subtle hints that tend to shape the way society thinks. It got me thinking and after hearing a quote "are your thoughts really yours?" I was completely mind fucked TV was shaping my mind without me even knowing. So I decided to stop watching TV completely & disabling ads on my computer. I listen to my own music, no radio, and I read what interests me on the Internet. So today at work, they have a TV set up f… | /r/TheRedPill | 11/04/15 05:39 AM |
| 4 | Tips for days where you don't get enough sleep?Eat a big breakfast. Something with plenty of protein and carbs. Every time I would go out late and need to get early in morning for work my parents would make me omelets with cheese, vegetables, bread, coffee, just everything, and it would help me get through half the day. I'd suggest also bringing a big lunch for when your breakfast energy starts to wear off. Also drink plenty of water throughout the day | /r/becomeaman | 28/02/15 09:17 AM |

| 4 | No positive reinforcementSometimes it's better to stand alone than to be surrounded by people who don't help you. Do you, work on yourself, and don't hold yourself back because of people. I was in the same situation and started doing everything alone. I grew so much more than my old friends have in the same period of time. You'll learn a lot more this way, and all the pressure is on you to get shit done. | /r/askTRP | 12/12/14 01:38 AM |
