She won 1.3 mil, lose 50% to tax, that's 650 k. She took the annuity and kept it secret for over 18 months, so presumably she has spent whatever portion she has received. So maybe it's done to the mid 500's. Then come the legal fees, which the court didn't award to ex husband. That's probably a % of the award rather than a retainer, so if they take 20% (is that even fair? it's probably even more) that leaves him with something less than 500 k.
