Yeah tbh it's a hard era for social skills. I completely see that. You could try duolingo where people talk to you to improve their language skills. You could just stick to the English chats. I myself have trouble meeting new people except in the context of work and school, though I have been to a few reddit meetups for the fashion advice subs. Sorry for throwing out so many ideas. But also promise me you'll give sims4 a try before doing anything. You should get a life insurance policy to cover funeral expenses and there might be a provision where you cant die within x months. So wait out those months hitting the gym and playing sims4.

It's not ridiculously easy. As a general rule of thumb it gets easier with age though. Do you work out? You could go to fitness classes and maybe make some friends and also work on your body. Or you can workout from home using videos on YouTube! Even if you're already in ok shape it just makes you feel better.
