But on the flip side, unless more money goes into the game it'll never improve. Now I don't follow either NBA or WNBA, but unless there's a physiological reason that prohibits the women's game from being as good as men the fact that there's so little money or fame will act as a deterrent and keep their quality low. I'm obviously not advocating equal pay but there needs to be investment at the grassroots level if there's any such infrastructure in place.

The riot started off between pro CAA supporters and anti CAA supporters in a Muslim neighbourhood. The ones in the riots didn't really have much to do with the people protesting in Shaheen Bagh, which as you said had the backing of all sections of the society. And that's why I wouldn't call it a pogrom, but hey each of us is entitled to our opinion I guess. Nice to have a civil discussion for a change.

Just because Delhi police handled the issue wrong doesn't equate to it being a state sanctioned pogrom. And I still hold Kapil Sharma (and whoever called for violence from BJP before the riots) and Tahir Hussain should be behind bars. If Jai Shri Ram was a war cry, so was Allahu Akbar, so that doesn't even make sense in this scenario. It was a communal riot and should be treated as so.

I thought the shots were pretty meaty, the girl was standing with sheer will, but a couple more and she was down like she should have been. I'm surprised he didn't kick her once she was down, though it may have been too lethal.
