I dont really stand politically anywhere but I think it's a damn shame how leftists "can't" support males. I stopped looking at the anarchist sub when I saw how much vitriol was thrown at men's' rights oriented anarchists. Compassion for the downtrodden and the hardworking is normally though of as a leftist traight.

I remember looking at /r/anarchism or some similar sub out of curiosity and at the time, the top submission was some really vitriolic and spiteful post about how "brochalists" and the like should fuck off. paragraph after paragraph. it sort of sealed my falling out with the left. I really think mens issues should be placed before politics in this movement, and I am too cynical to think a position on a political spectrum is inherently good for addressing men's issues. but I feel like I never hear…

Most feminists "do". And don't tell me what I claim to belong to, I am not an mra and I don't belong to a movement. I am just pro male.

I think you should watch some Barbarossa videos. A few things off the top of my mind, if you think this is about fighting cultural marxism, well that is something of a boogeyman, the enemy is gynocentrism not cultural marxism. As far as being oppressed, barbarossa has said that the claim itself is not a problem its whether or not the claim is factual.

Not from the MGTOW perspective, in fact way I have seen it they have WAY more bad things to say about traditionalism (which the general consensus is that, that is the direction in which AVFM is at risk of going) than they do feminism. In fact, feminism and MGTOW rhyme sometimes, MGTOW even acknowledge that, inadvertently, feminism has done some good, especially in forcing men to rethink their roles in soceity (forcing them by being so toxic and misandric). the enemy is not feminism in the genera…

There was pretty much nothing correct about what you said. That it has been men in leadership positions for eons does not mean that ALL men were on top or in control. It means that what we can call the Alpha males were, they are quite willing to throw their fellow men under the bus. In addition, alpha status is actually given to men, by women, as it denotes your usefulness to them. Similarly and related to the struggle for legal equality for women and women's suffrage, the right to vote has for …

depends on how you define patriarchy. Though if the feminist definition of patriarchy is what you mean than it could apply. I don't think it is an accurate grasp of the historical realities though.

You could call feminism "female advocacy at all costs, even at the expense of males" (this of course, based on what it does rather than th dictionary definition yadda yadda) . Men have no such thing, and lets keep it that way. Our male tendency to favor fairness is what prevents us from wanting advocacy at the expense of females. MGTOW and the MRM are not really the equivalent of a male feminism. at least as they exist now.

It MAY have happened when I was a kid and I was sledding. Its hard to tell because she also could have been trying to push me down the hill faster, using my butt as the point of contact. I remember feeling uncomfortable but not devastated or anything. Heck maybe she actually was just playing and helping me go faster. Paul's video on the subject I would also recommend watching Diana Davidson's account on all this her youtube channel Some of her recent videos are about all this. Basically JtO and DD did not like what they saw as traditionalists infiltrating the MRM and afvm, which if true, I would agree with personally. There was something about "can mgtow be married" which the prominent youtube MGTOW personalities have been talking about recently, Paul (himself married) says yeah. Razorbladekandy2, JtO and DD…

If there are some people who find fulfillment in those "traditional" roles, as individual families, than fine, whatever. en masse however, I think they are both misandric and misogynistic. Outdated. Further what we now refer to as traditional roles is actually more recent. I wish traditionalist MRAs would get that through their heads and start talking about extended family traditional roles, that would be more interesting. That was also the historical norm. Don't get me wrong, I doubt those will…

Its not mine, gynocentrism. A LOT of people take the men's movement the way I do. If there is any chance of healing the relationships between men and women, its acknowledging our instincts. And you were making assumptions about my personal life. Fine, I called your opinion "naive", I wont complain.

Isolated? lol. I get along fine with women. They even like me. Your accusations of sexism mean nothing, again, you don't know me. If you don't like talking about gynocentrism, again, you came to the wrong movement. You will be hearing about it a lot.

Stick to it for all I care, if you at least know that the marriage and divorce laws are BS that honestly good on you. But if you aren't a bitch, and you have an interest in men's rights, be ready to hear "bitch" being thrown around or gtfo. One thing that pisses men off is women barging into male space and setting ground rules to fit their female sensibilities or whatever. Thats sort of what I alluded to by referring to your "feelings", and it pisses men off. In the western world, 50% of marriag…

Sure, we are all waiting for the party to get started, gynocentric instincts again, as soon as we even HEARD of female genital mutilation it was banned/decried as barbaric, we are just starting to talk about circumcision. The men's movement will be slow. Your feelings because when I call bad women "bitches" you flip out. If the word "bitch" does not apply to you, you should not take offence.

Call me out huh? Like I give a shit, you don't even know me. You belong to the minority of misguided folk who think the problems are only legal. The MRM is WAY more than your narrow take on it. The root cause of the problems is not the law, its gynocentrism. Fix the laws and men will still have massive problems socially. This is not just about marriage. Psychology and sociology are run by gynocentric entities and powers that be, so they cannot be trusted. I am certainly no sexist, I even have a female family member who was abused by some prick, but I don't owe people like you an explanation. What the MRM does not need is people like you.…

Why gay men want to get married is beyond me, some other form of contract would suffice. We are not being bitter, we are being realistic. Women and men and their behaviors NEED to be understood and generalized for their own good. Relationships if they are to continue at all and not be replaced by the very real possibility of artificial wombs, sperm and egg banks, and sex robots will need to be understood along those generalizations. My masculinity is not defined by you, any woman, or another man…

A lot more marriages end the way I describe than you do. Men are statistically less violent in their personal relationships than women, in fact the most violent relationships are lesbian ones. You are NAWALTing, you came to the wrong subreddit for that shit, cupcake. saying men should still get married is like saying women should get back in the kitchen, or that people should pick up smoking, after all, not all people who smoke get cancer.

cynics tend to to better because they are prepared. If only a small percentage of traffic pull overs end in the cop being shot, that does not mean that cops should not wear a bullet proof vest. many more marriages end tragically at the hands of entitled ingrate bitches than cops get shot by speeders.

There have to be some who are traditionalists, maybe many, idk. Who want to put men back in the coal mines and on the battlefields, earn all the money, so the women can play house wife. The life of pushing buttons on machines men invented, microwaving dinner and bitching about their husbands to their girlfriends. There are genuine ones too, and I am sure their reasons are varied.

As a man who was adopted, I am all for it. "Raising another man's child" is of course something to be done ONLY if you accept it, and WITH YOUR KNOWLEDGE. Barbarossaaaaaa once said that you can think of it as "helping another human being", rather than "raising another man's child". And you are doing it by your own design and volition. men have a nurturing instinct too, and mgtow should have a version that supports that fact.

sometimes I wonder if it will be the technologies making the ways in which the genders NEEDED each other redundant, that will actually bring them back together...when we no longer actually need each other but want each other. either way, yes, men should fight for a way to procreate on their own terms, and they will have it eventually, its just a matter of time. though as an adopted male I also wish adoption did not seem like raising another man's child, though I understand why guys would feel li…

It is unfortunate, but I don't think any now living individual is to blame, its something we inherited, either through genes, morphic resonance, design, take your pick, its biological. I think we can be aware of our instincts and choose to ignore them, however its sticky because there ARE people we should be afraid of. Women like to say that they should not have to deal with harassment, that men should control themselves and whatever, that its a man's problem, and thats true. But women have their own inherant androphobia I suspect, and each woman has it in varying degrees, obviously a minority of women have no inherent fear of men, but most have it to some degree. No, this is not as of yet scientific, sure, but it really seems the case. And as men, their androphobia is NOT our problem. NOT our fault.

A financial abortion does not end the life of a person. And women could have a legal maternal surrender option as well as men, in fact, I am not sure if it is still the case, but women can/could leave babies near hospitals or where they keep the firetrucks no questions asked. Legal parental surrender of either parent, and abortion, are not at all the same thing.

Feminism plays on natural instincts of both men and women, so no, it will not kill itself on it's own. Men will kill it by not buying into it, stop marrying, become fathers without being legally bound to women by surrogacy, adoption, or the eventual advent of artificial womb technology, and fight hard to pay as little tax money as possible to the feminist oriented states under which they live. Become selfish, reflect right back at women the self interest nature endowed them with, be very selecti…

The way I see it, there exists a real chance that other than relatives, or working at the same business, or otherwise interacting in purely social ways, men and women will go their separate ways. No longer relying on each other for sex or reproduction or even romantic love. Let me be blunt, women have already done that to some degree, and they have done it by feminism and men buying into it. Women have sperm banks (which I am not against), and they have replaced men in the house with the state, …

Us becoming "boys" is a reasonable response. Society is built on the exploitation of "men" and our labor. This is why I prefer the MGTOW response. TRP I think comes from a different response to the situation, the PUA response. To them masculinity is about some psudoscinece about being "alpha" and the pursuit of sex above all else. It might be a more ancient tradition actually, but it doesn't help men be who they really are.
