Oh. Well. It wasn’t funny or creative in any way.

You sound like a badass. I’m in awe of how badass you are. Do you have a little knife that clips on to your belt that you can whip out, “if shit goes down?” Does your mom let you foil the windows or is that against the rules? The stupidity of commenting to brag about a different comment on a different site is spectacularly sad.

I agree. I own a pit and think the whole thing is nonsense.

Finally, we’re having the pitbull debate again on a Reddit. I didn’t realize it had already been ten minutes since the last one.

I suspect Ellen herself would think this is stupid. Welders wear masks, chefs wear aprons, and TV personalities wear a lot of makeup. That’s the job.

I think it highlights a very serious issue right now that actually deserves mainstream attention which is how quickly people go from 0 to 60 now. Someone died in Charlottesville over a fucking statue. Aziz will likely never work again because he was a little pushy one night. These are things that we can discuss, but the internet has made people so willing to swing the axe at the first sign of conflict. I think it’s the actual greatest threat to the US right. Not N. Korea or bad leadership or ene…

Do you have any sources for this or are you just looking out your window guessing. You also didn’t account for tourist which are about 60million a year.

Good article. I wish she had elaborated more on the last bit when she talks about “rage.” The Ansari article simply stoked the internet hive mind.

No one will take this movement seriously if that’s the quality of the literature we spread around here.

Sooo... Make sure the environment is clean, safe, and don’t work people to death? I mean... that sounds fair.

I don’t like the political stuff either, but I think it has way more to do with the fact that most people have Netflix and a flatscreen in their homes. It’s cheaper, easier, and you can pause to use the restroom.

And Mia Farrow is a psychopath who actively stood up FOR Roman Polanski who actually is a pervert. Fun fact, her son (named Roman) who she claimed was Allen’s son is definitely, 100% Frank Sinatra’s bastard.

This more than any other show deserves another season. The original was about a sort of black-and white guy learning to live in a grey world. But the world has changed. In the age of social media tribalism, burn-it-all feminism, and race-baiting, Hank would be the grey voice of reason in a black and white world. It’s in a unique position to comment on education (Peggy), energy (Hank), the internet (Dale), law enforcement (Boomhaur), immigration (Khan), Fake News (Nancy), SJW nonsense (Bobby), th…

I wish I could feel good about myself for just existing. But no, I’m a man. I have to actually accomplish something to accomplish something.

“Now, on top of it all, we’re not going to have the good old-fashioned flirtation and interaction men and women have had since the Stone Age due to men’s fears of being branded harassers.” Yes. That is exactly correct.

Men are more than happy to listen to women if they have something useful to say. I have never, ever heard a man say, “Karen’s idea about how to make the company more efficient and profitable is fantastic, but she’s not fuckable, so I won’t enact it.” I have heard a man say, “I don’t want to engage in a relationship with Karen because she’s not attractive to me.” And that’s fine.

No. People just fuck it up and then the manufacturer ends up having to deal with fixing the phone while the consumer bitches on Twitter that it’s “too complicated.” Easier to just have them bring it in so some kid who’s not a fucking moron can do it right the first time.

Disney would make a movie of Mark Hamill whipping puppies in the face with a bike chain if their market research told them that would make the most money. Disney wants to sell their products to every man, woman, child, and fish on the planet. They have the male market locked down. This round is for women. The next trilogy will be for fish. Disney feels nothing. It believes nothing. Just money. That is all.

Respectfully disagree. She’s not entitled because she’s getting laid, she’s fat because she’s entitled. She deserves the second helping, the weekend in bed, the pint of ice cream... the attitude preceded the weight.

Aside from how anyone feels about feminism, it’s just economics. Men don’t want to stop working and women don’t want them to either. Women joined the workforce which made them less essential to the family unit and basically handed men the ball in the dating arena. That’s the great irony of feminism - it actually made women less powerful in every sphere except the workforce. And make no mistake, some women understand this. They’re rare, but they have rings on their fingers and babies on the way b…

He didn’t. Again, a credible source for this quote cannot be found. You’ll need to apply critical thinking to information you find on the internet if you’re part of the believe-absolutely-anything generation that seems to be having a lot of trouble adapting to the internet.

Anyone who is successful in a leadership role will tell you that leadership is given, not taken. You can choose to lead, but it doesn’t count for anything unless they choose to follow. You cannot command loyalty. If you have to, you’re not a good leader and your girlfriend/employees/platoon will hang you out to dry first chance they get.

And why the fuck are we talking about work? I don’t care if a woman or man can discuss cloud encryption unless we’re at work. My buddy is a master carpenter. That’s interesting. But for the vast majority of people, work is work.

Even if she doesn’t (and she does) she made $1mil an episode for the last two seasons. That’s $44mil right there. If she invested it, she could easily make $1.5mil a year after taxes off the dividends. And she’s still working.

I think he meant well. I think a lot of the people who die or make terrible decisions that hurt people in that series do so with good intentions. Catelyn wanted to save her daughters, so she did something stupid. Rhaegar was in love, so he did something stupid. Selmy was butthurt and dishonored, so he did something stupid. Stannis, Oberyn... That’s one of the main themes of the series. Die a hero or live long enough... Only the strong...

Samwell Tarly, and he’s actually not the heir to anything because you give up those rights when you join the watch - his father sent him to the wall to take him out of the line of succession. He saves Gilly because her husband/father is planning to give her infant son to the white walkers. She has no idea who he is or what family he comes from.
