As an Indian, this story seems made up. Very implausible stuff; a;; that rambling about caste and religion by an urban educated POS (where these things pretty much have been phased out) - the right triggers for a reddit thread. Lastly, "paternity tests" are not still a thing here - not available easily; not taken lightly. Well, we can hope it is a made-up story. Do people underestimate how much society's lack of proper raising of girls leads to most of the problems that get brought up here, particularly in regards to the proper utilization of the female ego? Does that look ridiculous? Why do posters have to generalize whatever is in their heads so much?

It is already too late for them - they swung too much too far both ways. Both are not sustainable these days. Plus they made the mistake of liberally opening up their borders, and the only "comers" are fucking them up spectacularly! The "western emancipated feminist" just isn't armed with resources to handle the Islamic douches that have washed up there.

India's fertility rate is dropping towards replacement levels. Can vouch for that. Most of my educated peers (urban, middle class, postgraduate, 2 jobs) have only one child. Society and our parents still don't accept "no kids," but that will catch on soon. Ask anyone here who have 3 or more children who they are... 99% (except for illiterate poor villagers) would be Islamic. Edit - they are also the ones who do NOT want birth control offered in the hospitals at delivery).

My SO and I are both driven career professionals. In this lock down, I see how easily she takes to the role of "looking after" me and the kids, and housekeeping - though we help her out and make sure we do our equal shares. She had earlier refused when I offered her early retirement at fifty, once the kids are "on their feet." But it amuses me so much now that she repeatedly says how happy she has been in being a SAHM these few weeks. Though perhaps if asked directly, she might not be able to br…

If you apply these "philosophies" to Asia, and women here start believing and behaving the same (PS - it has started happening) - watch the man's provider and husband roles here disappear immediately. The major reason for marriage is for sex (even now) and familial pressure. The major reason for staying in marriages is the social stigma of divorce. Bring in "free sex" and make it easy for men and women to walk out - and watch how fast the cookie crumbles. That's why OP's clickbait title here see…

It might also be only cultural - in Asia, body counts are zero to low as premarital sex is very.. let us say difficult. And society makes divorce next to impossible.

I can tell you to not take everything you read on the internet so goddamned seriously. I'm thinking a lot of guys are projecting their own feelings and insecurities onto others. This will probably sounds like "SJW virtue signaling bluepill propaganda" or whatever, but I'm a completely straight, cisgender man and I don't believe a woman's value to me is based on whether or not she'll sleep with me. What my SO and I do is save up as much as possible for major purchases (right from home to vehicles); then look at the market for the model counted down from the top that has all the features we want for the LEAST price (house, car); take the least loan with a long duration (and then pay the heck out of it, right from day 1 - you want your advance payments to cut down principal, and thus interest). You know what? As a South Indian that speaks passable Hindi, I still use the honorifics on my travel with waiters, service staff and the like. They haven't "disrespected" me in any sense, and have actually shown they like it by being extra nice to me in return. (Of course if they were to be obnoxious, I could easily flip the swtich as well). What I mean is, context, the other person, and your demeanour all count towards how people react to you.
