All conversation in a game environment is like a shit test, so respond like it. The most fun in a conversation setting is agree and amplify.

319Skew hinted at this: You have invisible scripts running in your head that you need to turn off. This takes training and time. See the sidebar. Several things to keep in mind. 1) Women sense desperation, even in a written message, and desperation kills attraction, so you *need* to not give a shit about where any interaction ends up. 2) I will bet that at least 1 in 5 women out there would be happy to talk to you. You need to figure out how to identify that 20% of the population (hint, read the…

I watched a youtube video where somebody explained how the neural pathways in your brain get messed when you watch porn. Can't remember the video. I read a pubmed article where men who nutted at least 8 times per month were less likely to get prostate cancer. Don't know the title of the paper. Fapping becomes a lazy substitute for actually meeting women. Moral of the reply: Try to nut 8 times per month, sex with a woman is better than fapping, and quit porn.

Go find the books "When I Say No I Feel Guilty" and "No More Mr. Nice Guy" These used to be side bar items. They are both extremely good books that help you understand how to defend your boundaries.

DadOnDabs above hit on the same theme, and I tried to emphasize it myself. The first touches need to be natural and incidental. Practice makes perfect.

The problem is, our instincts have become messed up due to decades Blue Pill Conditioning. The young man in my example thought he had to chase harder, because falsely programmed instincts said that's what he should do.

Back in the old days of the internet, this is exactly what people did. They cold called local establishments and offered to create websites. There are still many people doing it. If you set up a Wordpress account, and worked with a template, you could crank one out in a very short amount of time. You could offer a tiered level of service: Tier 1 is you set up the free wordpress give them the keys get a fee and never talk to them again. Tier 2 would be they get a domain and a paid Wordpress, and …

I'm going to say it depends.... Do you have a specific reason for doing cardio? Do you play a sport that requires you to have decent cardio? Is your resting heart rate in the triple digits? If so, then do cardio. But at 300lbs, you must do low impact cardio. If not, then heavy lifting and calorie counting will work to shed the pounds. Lifting burns calories twice. The first time while working out, and second time while the body repairs the micro damage. Also, laying off the booze helps because a…

I would normally cut 11lbs every week for each tournament. There were a few important tournaments where I cut about 22lbs. I normally sat at about 10% body fat when I competed.

Great post. Excellent example of the level of introspection required when going RedPill. It's a 2 steps forward, 1 step back process. You need to learn from your mistakes and you need to be able to objectively look back on your experience to understand where those mistakes occurred. You also need to cognizant of your weaknesses so you can work on them and turn them into strengths.

This is what I think needs to be done: 1) You need to figure out your baseline 2) You need to figure out your goals 3) You need identify your gaps 4) You need projects to take you from your baseline to your goals Now how do you do all that? 1) Baseline: Describe who you are now: # workouts per week, # sports, you participate in, # friends, # friends who are useful (welders, plumbers, mechanics, IT guys, etc.), how many times a week you go out, how many times a week you speak to strangers, how of…

Three things: 1) I read this on somewhere else on Reddit; Everyday, do at least one thing to improve yourself. It does not matter how big or small, as long as it is an improvement. 1 sit-up is better than none, 20 is better than 1. Read even one page of a book. Learn just one foreign word. That is your everyday goal. Be satisfied with yourself for the one achievement. As time goes on, your achievements will be bigger and more significant. 2) Use psychology to manipulate yourself the same way sal…

I've been participating in team and individual sport for 38 years. Absolutely, this is the way to learn how males interact. You will see the entire range of traits. You will hear power talk, baby talk, straight talk, and game talk. You will experience alpha/alpha. Bad jokes about everything and hilarious jokes about stupid shit. You will also meet your best friends. Team work, goal oriented effort, hard work, dedication, determination, learning what it means to really be tough, leadership, confi…

2 books and one essay will help you to avoid dragging your feet: Book 1) "The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business" by Charles Duhigg Book 2) "Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion, Revised Edition" by Robert B. Cialdini Essay 1) "24 Causes of Human Misjudgement" by Charlie Munger "Influence" and "Cuases of Misjudgement" are to be used as ways to manipulate yourself into doing things, and the "Habits" book explains how to use those manipulation tactics to create new habits…

I understand your points. I think I do understand TRP, but in my desire to be succinct in my post, I may have glossed over some things and over concentrated on others. My main point was that there are many other areas where we can pull knowledge from, it all builds on top of each other, and there is a hierarchy of knowledge. There are basic skills, and advanced tactics, and stuff in the middle. It's like not seeing the forest for the trees. All the knowledge, attitude, experience together makes …

Think of sports like soccer, football, and wrestling. You have a bunch of skills. Dribbling, shooting, passing, running, tackling, single leg take down, arm control, etc. Those are all skills, but they are useless without tactics. A soccer play will pull defenders away from an area so that a deft pass can be made up the middle to the striker. A football play will bait the secondary so that the running back can run into the zone and be wide open. In wrestling you'll feign an attack to the upper b…
