Lots and lots of Options expired Friday. Careful short term. Quick lesson. When you buy calls the person selling you the call contracts has to hedge and buy the shares. So they are buying 100 shares per contract. At some point the person who bought the calls will have to exercise them aka buy those 100 shares per contract back or let them expire worthless. lol actually no. i went from like a pathetic shit in an unhappy marriage with a decent job to badass 6 figure job, ripped, ex wife crying daily to get back with me. I know tattoos aren't for everyone, but i got a sleeve which ive always wanted to do., but was afraid because of my career and it was an amazing decision. this place saved my life when i found it. 4-5 years ago.

Throw the pack away. Just do it. Even if you go and buy a pack and smoke a cig. Just throw it out the window while you drive whenever you feel like you should be smoking. Trust me. I got a friend off of it the same way.

Go out one night. Drink and for a bit and then smoke an entire pack in a span of 2 hours before bed. When you wake up you’ll feel and smell terrible. Then smoke one more as soon as you wake up. Now that you feel extra terrible toss the pack of cigarettes out of the window and say “I’ll never smoke again”. Then just avoid smokers like the plague for 2/3 weeks.
