You totally missed my point and went after the straw man argument. I thought the point of RP was to avoid such things? People are hypocrites, just like women adhere to hypergamy and all that. AWALT. Hating them and the world for it only harms yourself and hinders your progress, though.

Well, you do need to realize that part of the scientific method is verifying results of an experiment through further experiments. Establish consensus is instrumental to science in that in order for a new theory or new part of a theory to be confirmed and incorporated into our collective scientific library, so to speak, we must establish consensus through repeated conducting and analyzing of data from experiments to reach a clear conclusion regarding the tested hypothesis. Your second point is i…

Science has always been a political institution. It, like all other human institutions, benefits humanity and propels us forward when the few, the 'revolutionaries' take the bold step forward into the unknown and pull the rest of us, reluctant to move from our comfort zone, into new frontiers.

Well, for one thing, we won't know if predictions regarding climate change will be verified for decades. Climate models, however, shouldn't be the focus for a discussion regarding climate change. Climate models are inherently flawed in that they are a tool used to make predictions of the future based on data from the past combined with an understanding of climate mechanisms. Problem is: (1) our data from the past in terms of climate modeling is incredibly limited (only have decades/a century or …

You possess quite a few interesting stereotypes there. (Interesting not in a good way). People are hypocrites, not "Christians." Christians, Jews, Muslism, Atheists, and so on are all hypocrites. Church and Christianity, if we return to the fundamentals, is entirely RP. The version of Christianity you describe is watered down version commonplace in the US, but to declare Christians as a whole hypocrites, rather than just people in general, does a disservice to Christianity. Trying attending a Ca…

If you're not trolling, I'll try to help you. Start reading over at The Rational Male. These two links are on dread game: Link 1 Link 2

True. And girls even notice when other girls check a guy out. Maintaining high SMV for yourself will ensure the girlfriend notices you are worth keeping. Sometimes, though, like in this instance, you need to flip the script on them. Her shit test placed the focus on her, and my application was motivated in part to shift it back to me and how there are other women ready and willing to take her place.

Dread game is particularly useful for spinning plates, at least according to what I've read on TRP. I don't currently spin plates because I'm in an LTR and it's not my thing to spin while in an LTR. Mentioning a crazy fat chick stalking you isn't part of dread game - in fact, you need to make sure you stay away from her because if you spend time with a girl of lower SMV, then the higher SMV women will be less interested. I'd recommend reading up on Dread Game honestly, as people here have writte…

Not right after as in saying it the moment after she said her shit test. I changed topics - first, talking about something else, I think it was how I took care of our holiday plans (to establish me as being the responsible man of the relationship), then I transitioned to talking about my work. Cue sliding in the dread game piece.

Saw this validated with my one of my distance relatives recently. She was engaged to a classic BB dude - had a 6-figure inheritance, decent job, but he lacked any energy, was fat, etc.. She ends up going to grad school in a different state, they now have a long distance relationship. Turns out she met a 6'5 ex-military alpha, got the tingles, and she drops her fiance a month before the wedding. This new alpha falls into the trap, though, and he ends up marrying her. The guy has a lot going for h…

I really enjoyed this post. As someone in a committed in a LTR, this LMR is something I've had to deal with (particularly as a result of me unknowingly giving into the beta-fication of myself during my BP years). It was really simple pragmatism for me to walk away from a sexual dead end girl – I had other options – but in doing so I’d unwittingly, but organically, passed a shit test. And more often than not I got laid a week or two after “bumping into” her again; after she’d had time to process …

There's so much that it might depend on your interests, but I would consider any of the books on the list I posted above to be high up on a list of worthwhile reads. There's a lot of good talk on here and on Men's Rights about informative reading regarding more modern issues, like feminism, that you may want to search around for to read about. I personally am going through the list I posted above, though I've been picking and choosing what I want to read rather than just go down the list. I just…

Thanks for the reply. I've watched/listened to some of his show, but I haven't done all of it. Appreciate the reminder to continue listening. I really like Bill Burr's work, too, and Louis C.K. (including his great show). Louis has some great RP moments in his show.

That seems like the depression stage, honestly. Guys who are wimps you just let be wimps, unless you care about them. Then you try to do what you can. Helping even one good friend out can do a lot. Think of how good finding TRP is for you. Women are women. Eventually, there's a realization that a lot of women act the way they do because (a) it's in their nature and (b) society pushes them to buy into an extreme part of their nature. However, there are some women who fight said societal push, oft…

A LTR requires a lot of work, picking a good choice of woman for an LTR, and a mastery of RP. Relationships can be one of the most rewarding things you do in life, but, and this is a big but, it is also the most dangerous/risky thing you can do in terms of screwing up your life emotionally and financially, especially if you go all the way to marriage. It sounds like your at the part of RP where you're mad about how women act and how relationships aren't like society told us they were. If not, ex…

Edit/note: reposting this with correct lack of reddit link since I forgot TRP bot deletes them, even though it's linked to TRP. Hopefully the almighty RP bot accepts this post. Did I say to be submissive? Please, tell me where. From what I can tell, I simply said don't be someone who loses frame. And nowhere in my discussion was I talking about being lower SMV. In fact, what's great about RP is it teaches you how to both increase your SMV and live in a way that pushes you above your basic SMV. A…

The job is to rake in as many points as possible. You're giving the woman the power. Read more RP theory, sir. Nowhere in my post do I mention avoidance. You're projecting your inferiority complex into my post. If someone is being disrespectful to me, I don't "call that person out to regain respect and maintain status." Calling that person out places them above me - it implicitly states that I view them as a threat, demonstrating vulnerability on my part. Calling out someone who is being disresp…

Love should not hurt! Love should not make you scared or feel worthless! This is the perversion of what 'love' is that results in BP men and women who feel entitled to be treated like a princess by their man servant. Why shouldn't love hurt for women? Because it's about the feels. Women don't love you, they love the way you make them feel. This is why women try to convince you it shouldn't hurt. It's their attempt at rationalizing their need to feel loved. 'Love' is a struggle. It's a struggle f…

"Even a fool is thought wise if he keeps silent, and discerning if he holds his tongue." -Proverbs 17:28. Remember, gentlemen: always. hold. frame. This guy lost frame, but he didn't lost frame at that incident; rather, he lost frame the moment he decided to orbit his woman, to view her as a unicorn. When he started orbiting her as a beta, he developed a fear of losing his woman because, in his mind, she's the best he's going to find. Always remember the abundance mentality. If this girl leaves …

I see a lot mentioned here regarding physical activities and sports, but I feel like we are neglecting perhaps a fundamental RP activity that develops a better man: reading. I'm not talking about reading books like Harry Potter; those are for children. I'm not even talking about books like in the vein of Tom Clancy; those are for BP men who wish they could be the alpha hero. I'm talking about books written by men for men. These books are just some of what all men should read (and read CRITICALLY…

Golf operates under the same idea. My grandfather (RIP), who I considered to be quite RP, played golf multiple times a week. He said golf built character because it forced you to accept and work on your faults in order to improve. No one is to blame for mistakes you make in golf except yourself.

I fear that once what you argue will come to fruition does indeed come to fruition, there will be a backlash resulting in a world similar to in 1984 - men will be shamed collectively by women for simply showing interest in sexuality, let alone engage in sexual behavior. Why? Women will do this to maintain men in both a state of obedience to the woman and a state of needing/supporting the woman, all while the woman will be independent of her needs for the man. Of course, as we discuss on TRP, wom…
