You are interpreting women's actions through the lens of male thinking. Women are as nature made them and being mad at their behavior is like being mad at the wind for blowing your house down. With RP you learn the reality of the world and then how to operate within it, not how to change it. There's a lot more to unpack here but for the sake of brevity I would suggest you read up on Frame/Mental Point of Origin as well as female psychology starting with Rational Male volume 2.

Delete all social media, or if that's too much, choose only one to keep and limit your interaction there. Unfollow everyone who is not adding value to your life. Value is subjective, of course. I personally chose to keep Instagram as I'm learning photography and it's a great way to learn from other's work. It's also great social proof if used appropriately. I limit my time on there to 30 minutes per week and rarely like or comment on anyone's posts unless I'm trying to build a relationship or le…

This, this is the key. The busier and more successful you become the less you worry about the past or future and the more you enjoy the right now because it's all you have. These are all natural thoughts to have as a young man, but if you maintain your mental point of origin you will find that the worries fade and are replaced with becoming and being.

I'm still torn between the empathic feeling of loss for them and knowing they've made their own bed. It's tragic to watch and know what's going to happen every damn time. I have not managed to completely quit caring about my fellow human.

Do you know how much energy a family takes? Yes. I do. I have first hand experience, do you? People afterwards don't have the same drive needed to get to the top in their career. That is a bullshit excuse, it comes down to priorities and motivation.

This is the attitude that leaves women hunting for scraps near the end of their fertility window. You'll never attract the same quality of man at 27 as you will at 23, let alone 33. Have children early, snag the best man you possibly can at the peak of your SMV. There are decades of time left after the kids are gone to pursue your career. Your fertility, and therefore your SMV, has a short expiration date.

If you're at FWB stage then it's alright to do a bit more over text, you're not going to blow it all up. She's your friend, right? That being said, you never stop gaming a girl, even in an LTR. So don't go full retard.

The last LTR I had before finding TRP was a cam girl. She's the reason I found TRP, let that sink in for a few minutes. So the quick and dirty answer is: Hit that like it's going out of style but never promote past Level 1. She's a ho, ho's are fun, but you don't introduce them to your friends and family.

I agree with this. I'm in my mid-30s and I screen for girls I think will stick around and not cause me drama. I only go for the ONS as a last resort.

So much respect. This is great. Do you use your own house or rent a place out? Where did you start holding these? I'm rather uncomfortable letting strangers into my house, but renting a place involves a lot of monetary investment.

Seriously not as big of a deal as you're making it out to be. Condoms work, people use them for a reason. If you're still anxious about it you can pull out, whip off the condom, and blow it on her face/stomach/ass/etc. Actually, you should definitely do that at least once. Whatever you do, don't ever let her see the anxiety. There are also a lot of benefits to a girl that's not on birth control: if you pay attention to her cycle you can change your game and keep slaying. I also hear they tend to…

It seems like you're not very attracted to her and the only reason you're super horny when first meeting her is because you haven't gotten off in a while. I've been there. When I'm with a woman who actually turns me on the only thing slowing me down is the refractory period, I can't keep my hands off her, doesn't matter how many times we've done it.

Honest question: You say your pleasure decreases with each time? Do you mean the orgasm or the whole experience? I get the part where you're more desensitized with each round and usually go for longer, but for me each finish is more intense than the one before it. I usually have to start thinking about it after the first 2-3 times and sometimes almost force myself to cum after it's been a while, maybe this has something to do with it?

I switched to flip phone back in January. I'm so happy I did. Better yet would be to have no phone, but I haven't been able to make that big of a move yet. Not being connected to everything all the time is such a mental relief. Turning off the notifications on your smart phone isn't enough, it still occupies your mental space. Now, I have no choice and it's amazing.

You're never "lucky" to have a woman. You're either putting in the work to maintain yourself and that relationship, or she's playing you for a chump. Women are lucky to have us. Ask yourself this: which one can survive and thrive without the other?

You have to mentally separate your daughter from her mother. I've been divorced for 10 years and this was the only thing that saved me. Your daughter is the focus now, you interact with the mother only as much as you have to in order to take care of your daughter. Keep all conversations cordial and businesslike. Don't let her bring up the past, or break you down with emotional entreaties, etc. Never. Lose. Your. Cool. She, and the courts, will bury you.

Absolutely no difference, other than the mental freedom. I do get the occasional soreness in the area, usually around where the vas was cut/fused, but it's not awful and is fairly rare and a known possible side effect.

Not sure if I had "special" insurance, but mine was fully covered. I'm in the US. I had to pay the copay on the initial consultation visit since he was considered a Specialist, but the procedure itself cost me $0 out of pocket.

Yay Finally broke out of the Oneitis funk I'd been in for a month since shit went tits up with the 3.5 year LTR Cleaned the house, like a lot Only had one drink all week and it was while socializing with my neighbor who invited me over last night. Kicked ass at the gym, down 1% bf (put on a lot from overdrinking the last month) Approached the cute girl at the gym, didn't get blown out Nay Overslept this morning, feeling some anxiety about lost time Didn't add HIIT to my workout routine this week…

Congrats on the house man! It's a big commitment and life change to own property but damn it's nice when you stop pissing away rent money and you actually own a thing with value. Keep up the work, that's some solid fat loss. You're going to be built like a brick shithouse if you keep it up.

I appreciate the response and it's something I know is probably the case, but my question is about how to be a better man. If I can't figure out what her needs are after 3.5 years, how am I ever going to do it with another at 3 weeks? If I can learn something out of this, it's still worth continuing the interaction. It's not like I'm staying monogamous while she strings me along. I'm all for plates and FWBs and everything, but leave women you interact with better than you found them. ONS or othe…

Go bang 10 other women. Yeah, that's the bullshit easy response, but it works man. As a man I have a lot of respect for keeps telling me "The best way to get over someone is to get under someone new."
/r/TheRedPill26/04/18 06:20 PM

First off, don't tell women about your other women. Let them guess at it through your behavior. She sounds like she could be a good starting plate, but give it a cooldown period before reaching out to her. If she contacts you first, then you know she's still interested and you can lead from there.

I love taking girls mini golfing. It may work better for me (35 yo) because it sparks a little youthful fun energy between us. It also has many possibilities for kino (help her swing, touching her as you pass, etc) while producing fun memories.

I need to get better at consciously noticing people's frames. Any advice?
/r/TheRedPill26/04/18 05:46 PM

This is a female psychology question. Quick background: 3.5 year LTR (me: 35, her: 26) and things have been mostly great. We've taken long and short trips together, lived together for a few months at a time on longer ones (we're both mostly location independent) but we maintain separate households. About 6-8 months ago I started getting a bit more serious about things, sub-communicated I was ready to move things along to the next level. She started slowly getting flaky and distant, it came to a …

Absolutely. When she's trying to angle for a one-way exchange, for example a gold digger. For how oblivious they are about their real desires, they can be incredibly manipulative when trying to get something. This includes faking frame. I have only run into a few women like this, but they are life-threateningly dangerous to the man who can't spot them.
/r/TheRedPill25/04/18 10:56 PM

Well said. She unconsciously moulds herself to your frame.
/r/TheRedPill25/04/18 09:20 PM

I'm not convinced this is conscious on their part. Women seem to mould themselves to the most dominant male in their group. They are genuinely interested in the things you're interested in, and take great pleasure in sharing them with you. I doubt any of this is feigned. If you have ever noticed how much a woman changes after an LTR, you will know what I mean.

I always have them buy the first round, but I also always buy the second. Sure, this 50/50 doesn't fit the 2/3rds rule, but if they're actually interested they won't turn you down and it's a good compliance check.
/r/askTRP25/04/18 09:07 PM

Thank you for this. This describes my current situation to a T. 3.5 year LTR: I think the 20% is resolvable, she doesn't. Guess it's out of my hands now.

TRP shows you that you are actually making mistakes in the first place. I originally discovered TRP after a string of failed relationships, I had no idea that what I was doing was wrong, I just knew something was wrong. After several years of work and contemplation I still make mistakes, but at least I know why they were mistakes and why things turned out the way they did.

Sunk cost vs Investment mindset has just recently been slapped into me, too. Also it's not just older women who over-estimate their SMV, there's a plague of thirst going around and the Instagrams and Snapchats and Tinders are not helping things. All women hedge their bets like this, the worst part is a lot of us men know they're doing it but we play along anyway. Men are the true romantics, as they say. I think we're far more susceptible to hope than women are, especially if we feel like we've i…

I'm still working on this and I think it's one of the reasons my current 3.5 year relationship has fallen apart.
/r/TheRedPill24/04/18 05:03 PM
6

I disagree. I've lived all but two years of my life in a big city and the women I've been with who still have solid relationships with their fathers have been better in innumerable ways to those that don't. This is assuming you want an LTR. Fatherless women are still a good option for short term flings.
/r/TheRedPill24/04/18 05:00 PM
37

This is so spot on. Fathers set the shape of what women think men should be. If you're long-term minded it is essential to get to know the man. Corollary to that, I typically won't get serious with a girl who has nothing good to say about her father, or doesn't know him. There's just too much baggage there to build a strong committed pair bond relationship. What you said about about keeping frame with the daughter of a strong working man has been true for every one of the (albeit few) relationsh…
