I worked on construction sites when I was younger and it was tough, but somehow implying that one can only work hard in this sort of jobs is stupid. 14-16 hour days in the office because of incompetent management or deadlines is fucked up too.

I wasn't really serious in my comment. I come here to refresh my mind with TRP. Never really cared about the company here and if I want banter I prefer it outside of text. Remember the guy who told OP that this is hardly surprising for anyone who spent some time on this sub? He was answered with Science trumps anecdotes on the internet. Anyone who spent some time on this sub (years in my case) has seen these studies and similar ones on a weekly basis. You can find a few of these types of studies through sources on the sidebar. don’t get on his case for that. I got on his case because somehow he assumed that the other guy knew that stuff from "anecdotes from strangers on the internet who may be lying", and not the other hundrets of threads that linked to scientific papers. I said nothing about the post itself being useless. The sub needs to reiterate its arguments to get the information across. Doesn't help if Op thinks he invented the wheel though.
