One note I didn't see. Start keeping track of every time she asks you to take care of him and get her reason why. It will be good to have extra data going forward. Be very specific and careful with your boundaries.

Last time my wife made an accusation that serious I gave her a "the fuck you say to me" look and went back to what I was doing. I've stopped responding to stupid questions that we both know the answer to.

The sex God method e-book. It's for you not her though. And wait until after marriage as it prompts a read then experiment attitude

I actually said, "for sure, I'm used to it" in a total deadpan.

OYS: The Realizing Fear Edition - This is what I want to post because it's important to me. So, after an interesting conflict last night carrying into the morning I realized something I've been holding in for the past couple weeks. I've recognized that I am again becoming the sole provider of "good feels" for my wife. Small conflicts over the past two weeks have started to swell into something that caused a ruckus that I did not want to deal with. I've been leading like mad doing what I want inc…

6'1" , 215 lbs - gym three times a week, been dealing with fuckarounitis the past few months so I'm working on a dumbbell program now so that I always have access to weights at my gym. Married I have been taking some time off from OYS because I believe I needed to take time to focus on what I was actually doing and only record exceptional circumstances to respond to. Read - NMMNG, WISNIFG, MMSLP, RM Year 1, All the sidebar, Book of Pook, Way of the Superior Man, 1/2 done 48 Laws and How to Win F…

I just read in The way of the Superior Man about how true men embrace the pursuit of death in everything. This feels like a true embodiment of the willingness to chase death and is an inspiration to almost all men who read it. I feel women can appreciate but not understand it.

Lately, if I get the, "you're an asshole," I'll look at her and say, you married an asshole, how does that make you feel? Smirk and go work on something else. If she repeats I simply laugh and say, you married this, quit grumping, and give some solution to whatever her issue is (i.e. go to the zoo later then).

I have a bit of a psychological interest so I'll purposely bounce versions of things I'm reading off of her to gauge reactions and reduce opsec needs.

Alrighty... BODY: I am slowly making progress, SQ 210, OHP 100, DL 230, BP 125, ROW 95. I was having regular issues with the row so I reevaluated my form and hopefully don't mess up my back again. I have adjusted the overhead press to only bring the bar down to about nose height but I'm not sure if that works well. MIND: I have been reading The Way of the Superior Man and reached page thirty. However, for my work I committed to reading the entirety of Hamlet by this upcoming Monday. I am current…

Good takeaways. I try to be fun/funny as much as possible but sometimes I feel like the expectations to always be fun and capable just wear me out.

Coming Clean Body: SQ-200, BP-120, OHP-100, ROW-90, DL-220. I messed up my back with bad form on the ROW a week ago so I had to drop the weight a bit. I've also been failing on the OHP near the end of two times until I studied some more form videos and figured out I was going too low with the bar. Been having a hard time keeping on track with eating healthy. Work has really picked up over the past few weeks and I fight being a stress eater. Staying on track with gym at least three times a week a…

Good luck. My only question was, did you talk to the wife or was it only the MIL essentially fetching you to take a problem off her hands?

Hate to be "that guy" but aren't the words "amused mastery" supposed to be in bold instead of "background example"? Or am I missing something?

The anti-manipulation response of simply using "No" is not always normal, if WISNIFG has anything to say about it. At least that's what I understand after reading and comparing it to NMMNG.

Dude, your therapist is savage, that's awesome that he's willing to recognize that and not baby you. I've run into therapists that often baby you maybe because they are more used to dealing with women?

BODY: Managed to get in for SL 5x5 three times this past week. I go on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday usually but we will be out camping this weekend so I'm going to do some body weight exercises while we are out. With the better air quality I also managed to get out twice with my son to get some fat burn cardio in by carrying him on my shoulders while speed walking. I'm for a good group of kettle bell exercises for when I'm not able to get to they gym for SL5x5 for any reason. SOCIAL/HOME: I h…

Once more into the breach: Body: Made it in to the gym for my SL 5x5 three times this week including warmup cardio and had another day I did some low level cardio. The air quality has been really bad around here so getting outside to go hiking with my son hasn't really been an option (it's apparently been worse than Beijing over the past week). I've been vacillating on my diet as I'm aiming for eating only 1,580 calories a day. I usually end up having three healthy meals but then snacking on wha…

Body: Have been dealing with sickness in the family for the past week so gym time suffered. I still got in two out of three sessions and three out of three this past week. I've been getting really sore for a few days after a SL 5x5 workout and I'm finding my energy to be a bit low. I'm eating approximately 2,000 calories due to trying to bring down my body fat percent but I find I get super hungry and have to fight to keep from stress eating. Trying to clamp down on that by bringing healthy alte…

That's a good point. I'm trying to exorcise my demons in a communicative manner by working it through in my mind or in discussion with a guy friend. Originally I thought the journal would be better for keeping track of failures and successes. Ironically, I use a shorthand cursive writing when I take notes that most people can't understand at first take.

I have decided that this weekly update needs to be a part of my life as I need accountability to other men who have a less...feminine... attitude than me. Planning this week to start to journal each night as a draft for my OYS weekly. Married 6 years, three-year-old son. Weird shit happened in the last year that made me wake up to the fact that I am a man, not a woman, and I need to be that for myself and, by proxy, my relationship will sink or swim accordingly. Family/Friends: Have been looking…
