I think they should wait until after the initial sentence has been fulfilled before any modifications can be made. The guy I responded to said all parole should be removed. And plenty of people get jailed for 10+ years for marijuana. There are plenty of stories of people going to jail for even long net thanks to mandatory minimums. So unless you were just being vague for no reason, the stake to you wrote can easily be interpreted as removal of the parole system

I don’t know about bloodier, the two world wars plus Stalin’s war on his own people (not sure if that counts, but it was a result of the war) were pretty bloody. More is also probably wrong just based on how little women had power in the last 2000 years
