Andrew Tate had an abusive childhood by all accounts, and violent men are often victims of physical and sexual abuse. I think knowing someone's tragic past can be helpful for understanding how they ended up a certain way. But I don't like when people mention someone's past to imply lowered blame or responsibility. As far as personal actions and atrocities committed, Tate is obviously way worse that Dworkin. Equating the two was on only public rhetoric and the ways they both speak about the opposite sex, and in what standing are their expressed views in academia and other respected areas of discourse. That's an interesting point. I think it's odd the draft abolition didn't go all the way through, given the Vietnam War backlash. I do think if a mandated draft included women and children then the effect you want would happen. People would be way less hesitate to start wars if those demographics might end up on the front lines. That's a really interesting thought. But I think as long as only men are drafted, since there's already a strong law-enshrined gender expectation for men to die in war with or without consent, a mandated male draft would only further enable a war hungry ruling class.

I think forcing someone to charge into war violates bodily autonomy, which is a non-derogable right. If there was a pandemic which caused rapid organ failure, and the only way the country could survive was by forcibly harvesting massive numbers of kidneys without people's consent, I think it would still be wrong for the state to do that. Bodily autonomy is a human right no government can morally infringe without peoples free consent, no matter how extreme the circumstance.
