A TV is not a TV anymore. I use it for YouTube instruction vids, casting my computer monitor for work, presentation, graphic work and yes entertainment as well. I generally agree it’s nicer if it can be tucked away and not the very centerpiece of the room.

But even in the context of substantive convo on some given topic, conveying emotion is still the superceding factor in building attraction.

I never said it was their fault, only that they may be more prone to subconsciously fall into future abusive situations. Also the cycle of abuse is such that, often times those that were abused unfortunately end up abusing others in their own lives in many many cases. At some point a conscious decision has to be made by the person to end the cycle of abuse with them, or work hard to channel the negative pathology in some kind of healthy way.

How's that victim blaming? Often times the pathology of a woman (or man for that matter) in a cycle of abusive and/or chaotic relationships can be traced back to a negligent or abusive childhood situation. This is in no way to say those that unwittingly experienced childhood traumas are doomed to manifest such cycles, there's plenty of strong willed individuals who are able to overcome, but most people are just a product of their environment and experience.

The chances for men getting younger women are a function mainly of their social status, which is why you have plenty of Hollywood producers and directors with hot wives. Are you saying all of those wives are 100% golddiggers? Maybe some of them, but for the vast majority of these women, the attraction to their status takes a higher position than physical looks. This is basic shit. The biological desire for a man to be a provider overrides a lot for women.

So all 55 year olds are bald and fat? Got it.

You are talking about extremes, there's many gradations in between. Such as a moderately successful man who is not necessarily ugly but maybe has a big nose and big ears but has a much nicer looking girlfriend. You don't see the same dynamic as often the other way around. Also the the older CEO doesnt have to be 75, he could be 55 and able to perform just fine. In that context the woman may actually like him and be attracted to him. Again, not as often the other way around.

Disagree, there's plenty of old men getting 25 year olds cuz of their position in society. Definitely not the other way around. WAY fewer successful 60 year old women attracting 25 year old men. Again, in the superficial sense men have physical attractiveness as their #1 and women have social status as their #1. Looks are obvy still important to women but might be the #2 or #3 or #4 thing that is the overwhelming attractor (in the superficial/subconscious sense).

Again, it doesn't have to lead to sex right away. You can kiss or make out without sex. Regarding being in different chairs: it is your house, you need to be the one directing/leading. You can easily suggest going to the couch to show her some video or whatever, where you can continue to talk or whatever, but at least you're close enough for some physical contact.

Your confusing money with social standing,/social power. Speaking in terms of our reptilian brains: While men are biologically/superficially attracted to the visual and physical aspects, women in the same biological/superficial sense are attracted to social standing. In the context of the reptilian brain, higher wealth indicates a higher social standing (obviously this is mismatched just as often, but the subconscious brain sometimes can't tell the difference). Good looks in men also tie in to a…

She was expecting to at least be kissed if not more. No girl would make herself that vulnerable (and inebriated) in your own house without expecting a move or two to be put on her. Also, it's not about "jumping on her" rather start with some light touches during convo/joking, if she's not recoiling away and is responding positively, lean in for a kiss. Her not texting back is because she expected you to be more physical

You have to suggest a specific activity. Or just follow up with "what's your schedule like" a vague suggestion will not lead to a date.

A nice meandering park is the best for this. Those commenting that the woman is some kind of submissive puppy that needs to be directed around, don't understand that most women like to be led in small ways like this even if they are high powered successful individuals

You sure behave like one. Learn how to be a decent human being before ever trying to date. You were off the mark 100%, nothing you did was even in the ballpark of workability.
