And also acknowledging that while we have corrected our laws over the several decades, this doesn't create an instance "up lift" that fixes all the problems those non-white groups experienced. CRT is the leftist equivalent of Intelligent Design Theory. However, at the same time, African-American men do face a unique problem that alters how people perceive of them and think of them. You would expect that in a population that is growing (which most countries it has been for the past ~50 years), if the % of the total population that goes to college doesn't change you would see a larger number year upon year, decade after decade. The real question is, what percentage of all men attend college and how has that number changed over the decades. 5	False rape accuser found guilty. Who is the victim? The school district! But if I remember correctly he does have a legal mechanism to get financial damages (lost wage, interest, etc) from the State since they falsely put him in prison. The article does not mention one way or the other if he was pursing that or had pursed that. This article seems to be more about the school, which lost a LOT of money, which affected all the students in their district, male and female.
