I feel the same. I'm always polite, courteous, respectful, professional at work and will always help others when needed. I never expect anything from anyone, but would be nice to remember said favours if I ever got desperate enough to need one. But I have almost stopped volunteering favours and help, purely because I feel there's no point to it. Today's society in general is completely self-obsessed and narcissistic. I had one in January this year, just waiting for the all clear. I now know that, provided the all clear is given, the peace of mind is going to be unreal. I will know I can't be trapped, and I won't tell any women I may get with. The only issue I've found is the area an be susceptible to some overall tenderness, even being a little rigourous when washing can be a bit painful, but that will ease in time. Otherwise I feel great.
