Take it slowly, at least until you're out of high-school and enter the real world. Don't they have a gym at your highschool? At ours they had one for the students that played football, etc. But anyone could use it if you paid an athletic fee. More importantly, it's better to improve yourself socially (as in social skills with other guys and girls) and academically. Physical improvement can wait until grade 11/12 and is not so critical at this point.

I only played The Sims a couple hours here and there but this game of life that OP posted made me think about The Sims for a few minutes (as it's pretty much the same concept). But as I thought about how I actually played the game, there was limited hours in the sims day and I never had time to waste. Maybe this shorter time scale makes us see the value of time - something many people don't notice in their real lives.

I found that they don't do this/do it half of the time. I especially hate the girls that put their hand out to stop the door from closing behind them, but they put absolutely 0 force and their hand just dangles there; the door closes anyway.
