1	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap The wage gap at my multinational company is 2%, according to HR, which is like 80%+ female. We still have a gender diversity committee and gender diversity events every month. I will say the upper leader ship is still 90% male. I would have to accept the possibility of a loved one being wrongly committed, otherwise I'm a hypocrite. Hell, I understand I could be the one, but if it means 100 murderers aren't on the street, it'd be l for the best. Would I like it? Hell no. But tons of shit happen every day I don't like. And I was talking about being committed of a crime, not the death penalty. There are people who believe it's better that 100 guilty people are set free, if it means 1 innocent person is wrongly found guilty. I mean, yeah, it sucks for that one person... You didn't ask if he thought the death penalty should be enforced without x amount of evidence... Or the if the cost benefits should be a factor. I believe that serial murderers should get the death penalty. But I don't think it would be enforced without concrete evidence (DNA, video, multiple witness). But you asked a pretty broad question. 1	Wage Gap The big company I work at has a "gender diversity" group of 100% women, their own findings was a 2% difference in pay. Not sure if they were disappointed or happy.
