No man, if a girl doesn't have good grammar then it's a total turn off for me too. I'd say you're totally fine to next her based off that.

I'll be honest with you: I'm right there with you and I don't have any clear solution. I'm always on guard, looking for faults, and it kind of sucks. One thing I've found that really helps is just to realize (1.) that it's human nature whether she wants you or not, (2.) that you have no control over it and, (3.) that you will be fine no matter what. Focus on yourself, pursue what you find interesting, and above all find happiness no matter what outcome you find in life.

I think there's a negative connotation with the term "shit test." Personally, I'm always evaluating friends and potential mates to see how they match up with my standards. I wouldn't worry about it too much, just try to bond with people. It'll naturally come up in conversation and you'll see if they align with you on principles you find important or not. (e.g. with guys we always end up talking about girls and I can tell based on how they describe their experiences with some ladies whether or no…

It's good to have an opinion on something. Only people who have no experience don't have strong feelings one way or another on a topic. What they're probably trying to tell you through those comments though is that you're injecting your ideas where no one wants to hear them, especially if they're saying that in a negative tone. I would just try to keep your ideas to yourself unless someone asks for it. That or it could be the way you're presenting them (you can't tell someone "you're wrong, here…

I'd argue against this. She's made it clear that he's not a priority by blowing off the plans that they had together without even telling him or offering an excuse for herself. It's clear that she's either playing games or doesn't want him to come over. Her friends will probably already be predisposed to not like him if she told them anything about him. If she didn't, then she's still going to be focused on her friends and not him which is going to ostracize him from the group dynamic unless he …

Honestly one of the worst posts I've ever seen on here. He knows that he could read up and find advice elsewhere but we all know how hard and shitty it can feel to be in that situation and he just needed us to give him some solid advice. Get out of here with your, "you're not perfect, go read advice since I'm too much of a piece of shit to give you the encouragement you need," bull shit.

Let me get this straight: she physically abused you after overreacting to some off-hand comment like a child and you're the one who feels bad? Come on man. Honestly sounds like a sinking ship. You can't change people. I would be pretty concerned about how defensive she got over that comment though. I mean, if she knew without a doubt it was yours, she would probably joke along too. Anyways, I'd say your two options are 1. show her a strong frame that you're not going to accept that sort of behav…

A little cheesy, but a great example of agreeing and amplifying (and turning it around to make her feelz okay with it).

She was coming from a place of low self-esteem. Your confident behavior made her feel threatened and showed her that she wasn't as strong as her. Now what can we do when we're unhappy with something in our lives? We can either change the situation or change our view on it. Instead of doing the hard thing and working up to your level she decided (as most women would) to make herself believe that there was nothing wrong and that you were equals. Very unattractive thing to see in a girl and probabl…

Honestly, brought it up with my doc last time I saw him since it had happened with me with this ONS and that's what he told me. Gave me the script and told me to get the coupon so I filled it, but I haven't even had to use it since. Just knowing that it's there makes me feel a ton better (worst case Ontario, I distract a girl for 20-30m then we're all hunky dory) 100% psychological

Honestly, just use a pill. They're super low risk, you can get 30x Cialis (2.5 mg, that's all you need) for free with a coupon from their site, and your problem is probably just psychological (I've had the same problem before, especially with condoms - not a big deal. As long as you can get hard with other girls and don't have a problem getting it up to masturbate, then the problem is just anxiety related, something that a pill will easily fix).

If it's a girl I'm not intimate with (e.g. in a social setting), I'll just give them a joking, "how many do you think?" without confirming or denying whatever their guess is. More interesting that way. If it's a girl I'm seeing, I'll tell her since I don't really care.

I'll keep this short and sweet: I was 16 and had bad acne, I went on Accutane for ~5 months, my acne got worse for a couple months and then cleared up and now my skin is gorgeous except for some minor scars (chickenpox and picking at acne from before). Also been using clearasil ultra (salicylic acid, 2%) whenever I shower for the past few years to get dat exfoliation and prevent that rare pimple. Would definitely recommend Accutane though. It's like the steroids or Adderall of skin care.

If he's truly a higher up and if he's truly creeping her out, you'll advise her to talk to human resources and complain about sexual harassment. If she makes up excuses or isn't willing to make an effort to stop it, be concerned.

Still in college actually. I'll try a lot of little things but some of the biggest things I've spent my time on have been learning another language (became fluent enough to study abroad this semester), reading a ton of books, and of course focusing on getting good grades and working out. For side projects I'll usually try learning about something new or focusing on getting a new skill, e.g. improving my handwriting, learning some decent looking cursive, reading a book on something I want to know…

Buddy, it sounds like getting laid should be the last of your worries right now. People who make impressions aren't the ones who are concerned about making an impression. Cultivate yourself, find things that you think are interesting, and work on your professional life. You say you're coming to a plateau in SMV but you mentioned nothing about your profession or other hobbies. There's always some cool shit out there to do or try. Find hobbies, get promoted, read books, try new things. And don't do it out of a desire to be impressive to others, just do things because you think…

Yeah what the other guy said. Don't dick around with 5kg weights. Spend your time purposefully: when you're at the gym, go hard; when you're at home, just chill. Doing 50 reps with 5kg weights isn't going to really help you and might actually overtrain you. It's not going to cause your muscles to get bigger. If you want to work up a sweat and get some cardio in, then go jogging or swimming or play sports (or literally anything, cardio isn't as important as lifting).

Remember: unicorns don't exist. No girl is "perfect." That being said, you can find a girl that has a lot of positive aspects. You're going to develop taste for certain traits that you appreciate in a woman and distaste for others. For example, you might like a girl that's really sexual, intelligent, does sports, has hobbies, and so on but hate girls who go clubbing, drink or party a lot, or (for me) major in something that's not a hard science or doesn't have a real purpose in life. There's nothing to realize, there's nothing to think. It's all about the attitude that you gain through the experiences that you've had. You're going to feel clingy at times and that's natural. In time you'll learn specific behaviors or actions to avoid and you'll gain self respect to not allow her to pour bullshit onto you. I wouldn't worry about it too much though man. You'll gain that experience in time. The only other way to change your attitude is by going out and hooking up with other girl…

Going off what asd1100 said, you aren't just born knowing what awesome shit you like to do. You have to cultivate yourself. Go out and try different stuff. Try some after school clubs if they sound interesting. Do sports (even the casual ones). Both are great ways to meet people. Yeah man, it's a hard journey becoming a man. Without good models and mentors, it takes a lot longer to develop. Just trying to offer the advice I wish I would've gotten when I was starting out. Anyways, what will happen? Probably nothing. But worst case scenario, you get a charge of public indecency or something like that. I think as long as you have a blanket to cover up or you at least take caution and choose a secluded spot, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. The worst I heard from …

Ahhhh, high school. Good times. You have a few options in terms of location: your home, her home, your car, or a secluded area like a park. Naturally I get the feeling that your parents are going to be around during the nights or you wouldn't be asking this question so your place is kind of out of the question. It's hard and kind of awkward to invite yourself to her place so that's not something you can really bank on. This leaves your car or a park. Personally, I've found that a car works just …

Fuck man that sounds awful. It's stories like this that make me not want to ever get married – yet this also makes your advice much more potent: do you think it's possible to get all of that out of a girl in this day and age? On a side note, have you ever heard of a Cook Islands Trust? You're not going to get a definitive answer here because frankly it's still strongly debated. Most guys at TRP will say not to do it, others say it can be rewarding and it's important to have if you want to raise kids. And what about a pre-nup? Depending on the state and judge, it can get thrown out and is practically null and void once you have kids so that doesn't solve much. Personally, I would never get married unless 1. the girl made as much or more than me, 2. it was to have kids, and 3. s…

The benefits of fasting are well documented Srs, would like to see which studies you're talking about. The ones I've seen have just shown that it's not significantly different from eating the same number of calories spread out throughout the day. I mean mentally if you like fasting, I haven't heard of any disadvantages and more power to you if it works for you, I'm just saying there's no benefits to fasting over spreading it out. Well, if you don't think it's a good idea to date her then the only thing you can do is move on. I would strongly recommend against hanging out with her as friends though, at least for now. It's almost impossible to extinguish oneitis while regularly bonding with her in a non-professional setting.

Wtf? I've never been "shit tested" by another man. Like someone else said, it's just a woman's natural way to stress-test you to see if you're worthy for a relationship. Your way to judge her is primarily visual and beyond that simply through her actions and how she answers questions when you qualify her (you are qualifying your girls, aren't you?) Actually come to think of it, I guess the male version of "shit testing" is qualifying in the sense of screening whether a person would make a good m…

This. Expanding on what he said, you just need to appreciate her for what she is. You can't change her but you can enjoy the sex and company while she's with you. I would just recommend to not commit to girls like her since it sounds dangerously close to a BB story. Remember, women are the gatekeepers of sex. Men are the gatekeepers of commitment.

I would recommend to just count your calories and eat the same every day rather than starving yourself for one day. Will it help you to lose more weight? Sure. But you're going to be miserable doing it and you could just as easily spread out that extra caloric deficit over the rest of the week. Those "articles" are meant to sell trendy ideas. Unless you find some reputable scientific reviews, I wouldn't pay too much attention to them. In terms of when to work out, I would do it after you eat. Yo…

I'd argue that you're the one who's advocating "clinginess" How? Abundance mentality means pursuing your best options and abandoning your lesser options Abundance is like wealth. You have it or you don't. You don't just think "okay I have a lot of money, now I just have to choose good investment options and disregard poor investment options." You get abundance mentality through actually having options. Sure you can "fake it till you make it," but I'm saying the kid needs to actually work to have…

I love it. A fresh idea backed up with a good argument, bravo OP. I'm late to the commenting game but it's funny what this is saying about women today: that they've become so low quality and offer so little value to a man that it's more convenient to just pay a nominal fee to have physical needs met. Not to mention it's astronomically cheaper than Marriage 2.0.

it is not socially acceptable to date one of your peers in this program According to whom? You're a man, you decide what is right and wrong. If you really want her, go for it so that you won't regret it. Doesn't have to be creepy either, just ask her if she wants to hang out some time and see how it plays out. That being said, I don't know the program and if you really do have to work together in a small program (if there's 20+ I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to avoid her), I have to agree with the…

I'm guessing you're either coming on too strong or sticking around too long. If you come on too strong you're just showing that you're try-hard, which destroys attraction. Also, if you build attraction at first and they seem interested but then stay around too long, then the attraction and excitement kind of fizzles out. Oh and how are you getting their numbers? Like what reason do you give them? Is it just, "hey, put your number in my phone," or do you say, "you seem pretty cool, why don't we g…

let's say a girl/woman I'm dating has bad acne/skin problems Dude why would you be dating a woman who has major flaws? If you mean just seeing her as a plate, cool. But realize that you generally can't change a girl's behavior. If it's an LTR, then maybe a 50/50 chance to change something small but even that could take months to see any effects. First off, your thinking is seriously clouded because you're coming from a place of scarcity - this perfect gem of a unicorn is going away, I have to do everything to hold onto her because I will never find anyone better. I'm sure you're aware of this to at least some extent, but knowing that it's happening won't do a damned thing to change your emotions. Your problem is that you're not in a mindset of abundance. Consider: if you had 5 other girls you were seeing right now, would there even be a question of whether to keep her in your life or not? If you don't like her, don't see her. You decide. But you need to expand your options so that you don't get bogged down on one girl. Philosophical advice out of the way, I'd say there's a lot of merit in seeing a girl if she's at least semi-attractive if for nothing else than sexual fulfillment. It sets…

Ideally, you should have enough rapport with her and qualified her enough so that you feel comfortable that she's not going to go crying rape on you. If you get feminist vibes or see a red flag like daddy issues or that she's in a relationship, proceed with caution. To specify what I mean by qualifying her, you should be asking questions and getting a feel for her. There's a lot of mediocrity out there in both men and women. Without even looking at the video, I'm going to guess that just like any other guy has at one time, he really believes that he has found the perfect girl. That makes sense. It's wired into us to find and idealize a girl since historically girls weren't as easy to find and thinking that the one you found is perfect is natural. So no. Unicorns don't exist.
