You should maintain your weight for a few months while lifting. After losing a hundred pounds you need to give your hormones time to acclimate to the new weight before you can hope to maintain a leaner weight. Check out this video by PHD bodybuilder Mike Israetel to understand the absolute necessity of maintenance phases in long term weight loss: https://youtu.be/tVPlPM0d7eQ?t=7

All these people telling you to prioritize grades are on some blue pill shit. Girls in high school are young and naive and come with a lot less baggage than older girls. Don't fuck your grades up but enjoy the opportunity while you can. You don't have to go to Harvard to have a good career, anybody saying that you need to get into a great college is a young guy that is just regurgitating the pressures of their parents and teachers and hasn't graduated yet. You'd be smarter to go to a cheap state…

Have you ever heard of this thing called genetics?

There are outliers that have some genes that make it so they require very little sleep. For the vast majority of people sleep is paramount. Experts are now suggesting that for weight loss the only thing more important than sleep is diet, and sleep is even more important than exercise. Not to mention the cognitive and emotional benefits that come from being fully rested, the anti-aging benefts, better skin and hair, better looking eyes, more testosterone, lower cortisol, the list goes on and on. …

If you don't see how he is an exceptional example of frame, abundance, handling of shit tests with AA, pressure flipping etc. then perhaps you should read the sidebar, friend.

He was a navy seal, meaning he was given access to the highest quality steroids while in the service, and he continues to surround himself with professional athletes that would have access to steroids. If you're setting an alarm and regularly waking up before your body wants to, you are hindering your gains. Your alarm should be set to the latest possible time, and you should regularly be waking up before it, only needing it when you had a rare one off late night.

He is the embodiment of almost every RP goal aside from being out of shape.

If you're lifting hard and you're natty you're gonna want 9+ hours of sleep to optimize gains. All these navy seals getting 5 hours of sleep a night are on steroids.

Our digestive systems and everything about our biology points to us being natural carnivores. We NEED meat. This is a soil IQ meme. https://www.kevinstock.io/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/comp.jpg

Animals only provide enough b12 because they are fed supplements. You're disgusting hypocrite Jfl at how angry you are

For the record, meat eaters only get enough b12 because they supplement the animals and it ends up in the meat. You should consider what else you don't know.

If you were able to track all the variables of all particles from the moment of the universe's conception, you could calculate the entire future of the universe.
