11 Kilos MY MAN , i respect you so much for that , keep going .I know what it's like to try to lose weight as i did it before (everyone in my family eating shity food around me while i resist myself to only eat healthy , i forced my self to train at least 3 times a week) but now it's all paid off , as eating healthy and training are a part of my healthy life and i feel good while doing them .
