How the fuck did the women get the first letter in the accepted acronym, the letter L? LGBT, should be G, and then whatever else. It used to be GLB. No T. As I understand it, back in the late 80's early 90's when HIV was hitting the gay community hard, many of the male leaders of the movement died. I recently read an article about a man who discovered that the child that he had been financially supporting was not his. The state law stated that the man was still responsible for financially supporting the child because the paternity test was done after two years of his accepting the child as his own.
