I have been losing muscle and along with it the confidence. Thus finding it hard to hold frame. Any tips?

It will take one more month for me to go out on my own. As of now I rely on my friends and family to take me out somewhere. Holding frame seems to be hard right now. I am losing muscle fast and with that my sense of self worth is going down too
