It's true, you've got to release that anger, and you can't let things go unsaid otherwise you'll get your mind in a twist over thinking everything. It may not feel like it buckybuck, but you did the right thing, it's time to accept what's happened and move on, you'll be better and stronger for it, instead of having a hangup on one girl that won't let you get anywhere and only frustrate you.

I agree, and you're being hard on yourself, you did the right thing by going back down, and by the sounds of it, it's something you wouldn't have tried before, so you should see that you are getting better at this. When you next meet her, give her a warm greeting, a peck on the cheek and a little hug, don't miss the opportunity to build comfort with touching her. The only problem I foresee is that you might fall into the friends category if you don't keep the momentum up. Seriously, stop beating…

I don't think the author was stating that everyman is a sex addict though, he claims that men reach their peak desire for sex by their 20's and it plateaus till 40. I think he makes valid points, and every man needs to find their place in society where they can manage their sex drive without causing harm to themselves or others.
