9	Finally some common sense To be fair to the victim, this is a narrative or life path that they are often ushered into. Counselling sessions that never end because the therapist has a vested interest in keeping the business coming; societal narratives that exalt the victim above all others; and confirmation from everyone that it’s okay to take forever to “process” what has happened. 23	Finally some common sense Problem is that doing that becomes your life; you don't get to go back to normal, ever. I can see a lot of people strongly preferring to move past it rather than continually be a victim, long past the point where it even confers any sympathy.	/r/MensRights	07/06/18 02:26 PM
