As soon as I became genuinely confident which I believe (to a point) is synonymous with not giving a fuck what others thing, I immediately started to increase numbers in every category and it made cold approaching easy. The best pick up books are the ones where the chapters on how to pick up women are later on and the first couple are all dedicated to bettering yourself, or how to become a man that women want because that's literally all there is to it. When you're that man, that's the only time when "be yourself" can truly be used as a "Way" to get women.
