Girl, I know how you feel. I never know if my own reactions are justified any more. I'm so mentally fucked, I can't control my outbursts. But sending them proof of your pain just boosts their ego. They like getting emotional reactions. The sooner you accept that he doesn't care, never has and never will, you can leave it all in the dust. He is nothing. He now only exists to you as a lesson. You now know you're worth SO MUCH more than he ever gave you, and that is liberating.
