Last time an LTR ended things she followed up with a 5 paragraph email blah blah blah trying to rationalize to herself. Two days later I replied "okay, it was fun no hard feelings" Two days of the hamster on hyper mode and she was back in my bed with minimal talk beforehand

Yes hide them, there's really not many good outcomes there

I would approach it like most challenges or changes you want to make. Define the goal and then work to make incremental progress, don't expect drastic changes as much you want them. Be patient and not overly critical with yourself.

True - I think it's more of hating society and feeling lied to by mainstream media, society, yada yada about how your supposed to view and treat women. Women are just the logical first ones to blame when unplugging
/r/TheRedPill24/09/20 07:32 PM

You're barking up the right tree with self improvement being #1. As for the "women hating" - many guys, myself included, go through this phase once swallowing the pill. Hypergamy and all the rest is biological and as much as it sucks at first it's part of life. But actually learning more about the nature of intersexual dynamics and applying the principles here... women should be a fun part aspect of your life. If you choose so

This is so much text for a first date with a tinder girl. Set the time and place and only respond if necessary. The whole back and forth about her hangover was so cringe
/r/askTRP23/02/20 09:13 PM

Wow. Big props on this analysis

True that. Be easy on yourself

Ya I used to beat myself up over this.. but it's so chemistry dependent. Just say let's take a break, then if it still isn't going then let em down easy..

Great post. Failing sucks but it's the only way to learn. Your character is built on how you deal with failure not on your successes
/r/askTRP03/02/20 06:03 PM

I don't see any reason in not getting into it as well, a few days lifting a week is plenty
/r/askTRP01/02/20 11:11 PM
2

Yup, no reason to even say anything about the phone or anything. And I'd advise really working on moving on.. very evident from this post that you're not, though it's reasonable as it was a long LTR and you did get quite beta
/r/askTRP29/01/20 12:35 AM

You seem too invested in this... As you've said, it's a random dating app chick. Set logistics and proceed. Stop overthinking texting. Have a backup plan.
/r/askTRP29/01/20 12:20 AM

Sounds like you're relying too much on the apps, daygame or night game man
/r/askTRP25/01/20 07:28 AM

Great reply. I think it's important to be vulnerable and it gets a good response if you are confident in putting those feelings out there

To me it's situational, but most often I'll expect them to pay their share. If it's a more established relationship than I'll figure respective income into it

Ya I would have stopped earlier, I don't like any inkling resembling any sort of rape. Remember you're the prize and there are much better opportunities out there

Depends on what you want to try. Freecodecamp is a great spot as mentioned, but I think python is the best for learning the concepts as the language is simplest (therefore doesn't get in the way as much). Learn python the hard way - my recommendation, free online resource

Study a new profession (business or tech imo for time investment vs income), podcasts, etc. Almost jealous of all that time

Hey man I'm sorry life has dealt you this hand. Despite that, reading this I'm already incredibly impressed with what you've accomplished. Moving forward... It's all about perspective. Even those at the top of society can look to someone still above them and hate their lives. Focus on who you are today and who you want future you to be. As for ppl judging you immediately - fuck them. You can work to develop a more IDGAF attitude, they're clearly shallow and you shouldn't let it affect you so muc…

Ya maybe one more finger sesh, bring out the lube and see if it works. If not, sucks but your gonna have to move on

Back in college stir fry type dishes were my go to. Make a big pot of rice, then bunch of beef or whatever meat and veggies in a big skillet to last all week. Take your pick of tons of sauces and spices that you can change up each week to keep it from getting boring. Eggs are another easy route to good calories.
/r/askTRP20/12/19 01:28 PM
1

Have a routine planned (purpose), music or podcast, ignore everyone else and do your thing. Start with just a few sets of one exercise on day 1 or something and build from there if needed
/r/askTRP20/12/19 04:30 AM

Ya I'd like to understand that whole not believing in TRP thing explained a bit more. I assumed most were like me and once swallowed know it's true, the problem is enforcing the principles in your life
/r/askTRP19/12/19 06:45 PM
2

This is awesome, thanks for the write-up. I'd recommend a post on this as there are a lot of lessons here
/r/askTRP19/12/19 06:43 PM
10

Yes. I think most people even find RP because of shit that's happened with women but the further you get in it's less and less about women
/r/askTRP17/12/19 11:16 PM

Ignore stupid questions, keep things short and to what you want. And if she stops texting again that's great, time to focus on better things

This - no matter the looks the bedroom game is a whole other thing. If things don't improve quickly I've learned it's just best for both parties to move on

Man I know this sucks but this comes across so pathetic. You know the answer here, this is all shit counter to your mission

I recommend models if you haven't read yet, it's much more about the core of your frame, etc and the rest comes naturally. No need to rehearse all these tactics and tricks
/r/askTRP08/12/19 07:05 PM

Attitude = idgaf as usual. Hopefully you've already dealt with this breakup and her possible branch swing yourself and that will make your indifference easy
/r/askTRP08/12/19 07:03 PM

Unless you can recall more times he's pulled shit like this I'm guessing his EQ is just in the dumpster. Either way LTR acted well so I wouldn't worry too much, just maybe extra attention to this sap in the future
/r/askTRP08/12/19 05:57 PM

Just reading the title man it's all about IDGAF attitude, no matter the unicorn. No pussy deserves a pedestal, you're the prize

This. More important to focus on your lifts - creatine and some extra protein is all you need. Otherwise you start to overcomplicate the whole thing and it feels harder to keep up with
/r/askTRP29/11/19 07:48 PM
7

Depends on # of dates and how the date ended. If it was an f close then you should send something to cover your ass - then plan the next date after a couple days. If you haven't done the deed then wait a couple days and text only for logistics per usual
/r/askTRP26/11/19 06:12 PM
1

I think this has large part to do with the social nature of women, they have to see themselves or their association in whatever they're thinking
/r/askTRP23/11/19 07:23 PM
5

it would start to feel like banging a special needs student Haha this was good. Ya I wouldn't try to get intellectual with these types. Steer the conversation elsewhere, if that doesn't work be more explicit and say you don't want to talk about it. If that's a deal breaker for her then oh well, better than what you said above
/r/askTRP23/11/19 06:21 PM

Wrong sub or joke? This is sub is about being your best self
/r/askTRP23/11/19 05:34 PM

Good luck trying to understand her reasoning. Though for you, don't neglect a girl on a 2nd date, especially if she's already tipsy and staring like that at you.
/r/askTRP23/11/19 05:06 PM
6

Great you've been at it 6 months, but will take much more time. As someone also 6'1" yes it's frustrating it takes longer for the gains to show, but still worth it and you're fucking 6'1" so you got that going for you over the little muscle hamsters
/r/askTRP23/11/19 04:58 PM

I believe what he's getting it is that if you are feeling this way then you have not found it yet. I'd keep trying new things when bored and see if you can find it
/r/askTRP23/11/19 01:10 AM
7

Depends on what you want... Do you want that constant intellectual stimulation with a partner? Then go get it Or is a nice girl who fawns over you enough and you can get your intellectual rocks off elsewhere?
/r/askTRP22/11/19 11:05 PM

I see the rationale for app filters, but I just hate ever having to lie period. Just creates an obstacle you eventually have to deal with

You have to be hungry for it if you think it will happen. Imagine future you in just a couple years if you dedicate to this vs doing the same shit - if that's not motivating enough than you need better objectives.
/r/askTRP21/11/19 03:07 AM
2

This. You gain nothing by investing any more into this. Weighing pros/cons of even telling her mom is time wasted you could have put towards so many better things. Hold your head high and just walk the fuck away.
/r/askTRP21/11/19 03:03 AM

It's your world to conquer, no one else's. When I feel like this I start with mediation and/or writing out my thoughts. Helps me understand why I'm feeling like shit and refocus on what's important to pursue. Will not be easy if you've been feeling this awhile but hopefully you know it will be better than just the gym, gross sluts, and hating the world.
/r/askTRP21/11/19 02:57 AM
2

Hey man - most of us can attest to still not knowing in college what the hell we wanted to do. You've got plenty of time, don't put too much pressure on yourself. I'd recommend exploring new fields, job shadowing, etc. As for $$ - tech & business are the two fields off the top of my head I'd look into. Both will continue to grow and tech we don't even know what the hell you could possibly be working on by the time you graduate, very exciting times.
/r/askTRP21/11/19 02:53 AM

Reference an inside joke or something you've learned about her in a clever way. Or keep it sexual but don't demean her. Either way priority #1 is keep frame. It's good you already recognized losing it before.
/r/askTRP21/11/19 02:47 AM
6

This is fear of letting this go and taking the harder road to focus on bettering yourself and finding more/even better women. You know this is over and hopefully should know that continuing to see her will only complicate the above for you. Gotta make the hard call here man, will only sting for a bit.
/r/askTRP21/11/19 02:40 AM

Yes this. be honest with yourself - it's very easy to rationalize unproductive behavior as your choice. Slippery slope
/r/askTRP20/11/19 09:18 PM
1

Depends on her tone but most likely this - she's trying to tease
/r/askTRP19/11/19 10:40 PM
9

This is perfect. Now go find more
/r/askTRP16/11/19 06:24 PM
2

Tell that voice in your head to just shut the fuck up and go for it. It's normal for it to try to protect your ego, etc, but in the end who cares if the result is a girl throwing a drink in your face? At least you went for it and learned a lot about what not to do next time you approach
/r/askTRP15/11/19 06:08 PM
7

This. The more Trp mentalities have become engrained for me the confidence and attitude, etc is natural and does not wear me down
/r/askTRP14/11/19 07:00 PM
1

I would certainly not recommend marrying her if this is how he is feeling
/r/askTRP13/11/19 04:01 PM
2

Rough as this is, you are caring too much about her feelings and not prioritizing your own. She saw the potential in you and got behind it, even if you didn't. She thinks she's owed something. No. It's your life. No "trying to make her dump you" - you make the decision. This sounds easy to me that you clearly are not that into her. Given your history, the most that you might owe her is describing that you're heart is not in this rather than just ghosting or something.
/r/askTRP13/11/19 04:00 PM

Please this. Why would you even think of committing to this, could be Chad's and he wouldn't sign so now she's coming to you
/r/askTRP13/11/19 12:06 AM
14

Ya man, I'd try to look at this more positively. You learned that wasnt right for you and now you have the whole world open to you again. Relax, take some deep breaths, and follow the above. Though I wouldn't prioritize gaming till you sort out your own priorities and goals
/r/askTRP11/11/19 04:24 AM
1

Are you attracted to these types of girls? just wondering why you were even chatting to start with And as long as it wasn't too douchey then don't worry about it, clearly wasn't someone you'd want to meet
/r/askTRP11/11/19 04:15 AM
3

Honestly you were better off not even reading that text. Stay on your game man
/r/askTRP11/11/19 04:09 AM

I like it, it's an easy boost
/r/askTRP10/11/19 11:07 PM

Actually mad I read all that
/r/askTRP10/11/19 05:51 PM
2

This. They don't even understand their feelings let alone be able to explain it
/r/askTRP08/11/19 03:43 PM
7

Dread and move on if necessary. Even putting more thought into this is not productive. What kind of advice are you looking for? Fuck her if she ain't loyal and fuck you best friend if he tries to bang your girl.
/r/askTRP08/11/19 07:56 AM

"I'm not easy" "neither am I" Proceed
/r/askTRP31/10/19 11:18 PM

Damn well said man. Didn't even think about this angle
/r/askTRP31/10/19 11:16 PM
1

Wait this was the second date? Forgot that by the end. Man idk how you stayed in there
/r/askTRP30/10/19 04:13 AM
1

Hey man I would try to focus on other priorities and if you start thinking about this shift your attention. Get a couple weeks in of furthering your goals, big lifts to get that T up, and keeping your dick in your pants. Things will go back to normal but you can't force it
/r/askTRP29/10/19 05:07 PM
1

Whaa? You beg for her back yet you're not sure you want it? Huh? Figure out your priorities man
/r/askTRP25/10/19 11:32 PM
2

Normal, been there after a long LTR as well. 95% it's in your head. It's a conundrum because you think about it and it will get worse. It took me a couple hookups but eventually was able to completely relax, focus on the chick, not think about my dick and it was all good. Using Cialis just to get over the hump and build confidence is also commonly recommended here.
/r/askTRP24/10/19 04:25 PM

read some good advice on this in "Models" by Manson - when speaking think about talking from your chest rather than your head. Just imagine the words coming from your chest instead of your head and listen to the difference, really weird
/r/askTRP19/10/19 07:45 PM
2

There should be no "but" in this title. You should be proud of yourself for all that and that should motivate you to do more And don't compare yourself to others. There's only you today then you tomorrow
/r/askTRP16/10/19 01:50 AM
0

Most have already hit this, but it's pretty simple at this point. She goes and you're done or she doesn't and you've held your ground, good luck moving forward. Though I would sit down and put this to and end. Tell her again your boundaries clearly, including bringing this up again. You've stated your case and there should be no further discussion.
/r/askTRP02/10/19 03:59 AM

... what? All kinds of girls unfortunately get into self harm due to mental illnesses, trauma, etc. I've known many attractive girls that disclosed cutting, etc
/r/askTRP01/10/19 04:16 AM
8

Girls like this are needy, and no matter how hot any sane guy won't be able to stand it for long. Also this neediness is usually from past trauma that brings all kinds of mental shit
/r/askTRP01/10/19 04:11 AM
5

Also strongly recommend Models - Mark Manson. Been TRP aware for a couple years now but somehow just found this book. It presents great rationale for why getting your shit together first is priority #1, then how the rest falls in place.

Have watched a few of these Marko whiteboard videos, great advice around accruing wealth, financial decisions, etc https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCL_v4tC26PvOFytV1_eEVSg

Hey man a lot of great reads here and think it helped you have a good time. To your Q, what do you want? Sounds like you feel guilty or something for being too "relationship-like" or whatever you phrased. Just be clear about your intentions and don't commit to anything you don't want
/r/askTRP25/09/19 11:37 PM
2

How to handle what? Getting them on a date? Just do your thing, no reason to be different. Just be clear about your expectations and ask the same from her, likely you'll know quickly if you want to escalate or not
/r/askTRP22/09/19 03:20 PM
1

Haven't seen this reply yet, but there is possibly a dimension to this that she's trying to show you off/raise her status in some way. Regardless if you can't easily pull her away then move on
/r/askTRP21/09/19 08:34 PM
14

Seriously. Spend your time in the sidebar and allow room for others
/r/askTRP21/09/19 08:31 PM
7

I agree. Was waiting to see some top comment saying otherwise but I believe this is spot on. Maybe only critique is your reaction the first time was too strong? Clearly got the point across to her this is not acceptable but maybe could have come off BP caring too much? Anyhow minor point, nice work.
/r/askTRP03/09/19 11:07 PM
2

went through something similar after a 4 year LTR. took awhile for things to work normally again. Tips from my experience: cut out any kind of self stimulation, get an understanding plate to help, get out of your own head - meditation helped me with this
