Oh I did, college I applied to had an unusually high applicant rate. Those with scores below me got in last year, still was rejected. Took it as a sign to do some thinking, and thanks to you guys I think I know what I want to do. My 2nd choice is a good school, and hoping I get in I will attend.

Honestly, it's different for everybody. All I can say is try it yourself, and stick with it. No, you won't attain "superpowers" from not beating your meat. That being said, I feel different. Small things in life, like a certain song or the feeling of waking up early are more appreciated. In short? I feel like life is more fulfilling. Try it, and see for yourself. It won't be easy, but nothing worth having ever is. Unless it's a woman.
