Oneitis can be a bitch. It fucks you up to the point of thinking that girl is the only one you want to be with. It curves your mind into the Beta kind of thinking. When you're in the spot you are right now the first thing you should do is think ahead. What makes this girl so special? What is/are the thing(s) you see in here that you don't see in others? Decompose her and, with a calm and clear head, prove to yourself she is not like the others (AWALT). Give her that letter and nothing that you w…

I don't agree with the cock feelings part. If I don't want to hook up, I don't. It's not because some girl is agressive enough about her intent to suck my cock that I'm gonna let her do it. This kind of attitude just feeds the spoiled brats that always get what they want because if they push hard enough, they get it. If they force themselves, they get it. If I force myself, it's rape.

I don't know, I guess I was thinking she saw an opening for free tutoring, but I guess you are right. Date is set, I'm gonna make my intent clear, and I haven't offer to help her with anything, nor do I intended too.

Yeah, I guess I'm making it more complex than it really is.

If you haven't, listen to everything available from Patrice O'neal. Raw alpha knowledge right there.

The problem with keeping the abs when bulking is that, by trying to keep the abs visible, you can cut short your gains. It's a very hard balance. Unless you know what you are doing it's very hard to put on weight and keep the abs, particularly you being skinny all your life and now trying to change that. The fat is normal, and a good sign when bulking. Means your caloire intake is superior than the needs. I recommend you do some light cardio, try to eat clean, just to control the gut a bit, but …

This. Read this and do it. Take it as a game. Take it as PvP. I promise you that with time it's you gonna stop feeling like shit and starts being fun. I only spin HB8+ and I still go out of my way to get rejected by 4's and 5's. It's fun.

When your felling like this: Stop what you are doing; Take a deep breath; Say out loud: I'm bigger than my problems; Say it as many times as needed. I'm bigger than my problems. Don't stop until you feel you are, in fact, bigger than your problems; Your fat? Lift. No friends? Socialize. No goals? Find them. Problems in the way? You are bigger than them.

I have that same opinion. I think girls doing that is a shit test, that I can handle easily. But the guys doing that was new to me. Thank you for the input!

Yeah, didn't clarify that so I understand what you are saying. When I say I don't care, I mean I don't care that the fellows at the gym think that I'm gay or say that I'm gay to other people. I care if I'm, in anyway, sending the wrong message and possibly affecting my SMV.

No. No, pretty casual actually. No, on the contrary. I know what you mean but I think that I don't look or sound in any way gay. Not to sound cocky, but I see myself as a good looking dude. Everybody gives 5 years less that I actually have, been hitting the gym, started following TRP, so I've been improving. So my question is like "Am I doing something wrong?" I just don't want to send the type of vibe that can shorten the amount of females that I can bank on.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
