1	Seriously, what does it mean? Okay OP, you could just asked this question plainly and would have gotten a much more useful response. If you're in high school, it's probably that she wanted to sleep together, but didn't want to have sex and didn't know how to tell you to knock it off. But let's say you actually are an adult. Things are going well, maybe there's some making out, you end up sleeping together and cuddling, you feel her up and start trying to initiate, and she just does nothing.
