Sorry to sound like an asshole, but low carb is likely not healthy at all. Protein deficiency has never been recorded. Omega-6 unsaturated fats aren't really needed for healthy adults, and flax seeds are a much better source than fish. If you care about probiotics, then you should exclude onions and garlic, as those are lethal to your gut flora. Olive oil still has 14% saturated fat, while 7% overall is recommended.

Check out Dr. McDougall's video called The Starch Solution on youtube. Dr. McDougall also has 500 recipes on his site. He makes a very convincing point to avoid saturated fats and fats in general. That unfortunately excludes animal products and vegetable oil, which are 99% of available food in the US. Ketosis and paleo diet have been debunked multiple times over. You lose water weight, not fat weight. The main advocate, Robert Attkins, is dead, and the reason he died was coronary heart decease l…

I think shit will hit the fan in October/November (around election time). Only time can tell. Stocks were much safer before QE and massive corporate buybacks. PE ratios were much lower. As I said, I got out of financials, and nowadays prefer private equity and hard assets. Feels more fulfilling to work with real people rather than looking at reports and graphs.

Love your content, man. Especially, the garden video. Keep up the good work. If your channel had 1% of the views that the bimbos have, the world would have been a better place.

If you have covered calls, you don't trade options exclusively, since it requires buying stock. As for the strategies. Do you know the mathematical basis for those? Do you know the principle assumptions? Do you know how those performed in reality? Or are you just throwing terms you read on bogleheads wiki? If you're actually an options expert, more power to you. I hope you succeed selling options, and make even a bigger fortune. I just think stocks, bonds, and options are too risky nowadays, esp…

Most wealth in general comes from using land. Land cannot be printed like cash notes, bonds, or stocks. Farmland is valuable, since people always need food. Farmland indexes show that its price is relatively unaffected by economic cycles, and tends to appreciate. https://www.ncreif.org/farmland-returns.aspx The sky is the limit for what you can do with land. You can obviously farm it, and receive gov subsidies. You can mine it if mineral rights are available. You can rent it. And surely, you can…

Covered calls are a stock owning strategy designed to insure the stock against going down. You can't leverage that well. It's an insurance policy.

chances of unlimited rewards are low You're confusing reward with risk adjusted reward. Common mistake. The only difference is you collected premium and time is on your side Options provide much greater leverage (which is the whole point of using them). With greater leverage, there's greater risk. And premium is just the price of an option. You're not paying extra, you're just paying for the option or collecting it if you're selling, which again, I don't recommend. Anyway there's a lot of stuff …

Firstly, you likely can't buy bonds directly. You'll have to buy an ETF. ETF's are pretty much stocks, and many are very volatile. Bonds also highly depend on interest rates and inflation, both are quite unpredictable. Buying an option is a gamble with limited risk (option premium). I'm not advocating options, it was just one of the points.

I assume you're in the US. There's a few questions you can use to assess your situation. 1) Is the price of housing + 20 years of property tax more or less than 20 years of rent? 2) Are you willing to do repairs? 3) Are you planning to move every 10 years or so? 4) Are you willing to invest in various assets and give up the simplicity of having most of your wealth as your house? 5) Can you wait for the housing cycle to be at the new low? Both have perks and downsides. I'm currently renting, sinc…

Good stuff, but nothing new for me. Nowadays, I only invest in farmland, precious metals, and private equity. I think the stock and bond markets are too toxic.

Stocks and bonds are a gamble too. Buying options is reasonable, since you can't lose more than the premium.

Well, the point of that paragraph was the irony of radical feminists and radical Christians working together. As for hookup and rape culture, both are linguistic misconceptions. Rape is loosely defined and can be anything, so does the word "hookup", e.g. falling asleep on a couch together. For them, it's about feelz, not penetration, and it's such a trendy and cool word to throw in a conversation.

I don't think Chads are exempt from having to pay too. They just pay by flaunting wealth and muscles. A Chad is a social accessory to show off to her female friends. Chads are used by Stacy's just as much as Stacy's are used by Chads.
