I am currently in the same stage you were one year ago: scarcity mindset, i'm afraid i'll never attract another girl as hot as she is, or that i'll be into a girl as much as i used to be with her..I'm working onto my SMV but sometimes i feel hopeless. How did you work on yourself in order to overcome this issue?

It is actually a very good advice. The real problem here is just avoiding seeking validation from others. Something like "hey, i found out this and that, what do you think about it?" means that your reality is formed on what others see and validate, and not on what you see. It's very common, and i struggle myself to get out of this mindset.

EVERY FUCKING HUMAN BEING could understand that being into your position is fucking harsh, and they should protect you and let the bitch go on her own way, or at least mutually invite her or you. Face it, they simply perfer her over you (probably not because they like her any better, it's just that being a gi…

Thank you for your comments. I didn't finish reading the sidebar meterial yet. I am lifting, even if TBH i lack some motivation because sometimes i feel like no matter what i do, i'll always be a weirdo. Despite being in several LTR (all of them with a beta mindset), i can't help but feel like "something is wrong with me". I'll follow your advices and report back in a month, thank you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
