Oh, right, obviously looks have nothing to do with SMV. Thanks for your intelligent contribution.

I agree with all this - but I definitely think skin lightening can be a big boost to SMV for Indian people. Everyone knows Indian/Asian races automatically get negative SMV with women (at least in USA), and doing things to distance yourself from your racial stereotype can be successful. I don't think this is just limited to acting more alpha, smelling good and dressing well, etc. It's sad, but aesthetic preferences for races definitely exist, and looking "less Indian/more white" can help you.

I think it's 3 inches for max limb lengthening. For someone who's 5'5", this can mean going up to 5'8", and then maybe another 1.5" with thick soled shoes or lifts, for a grand height of 5'9.5". That would be life changing, and I even think never playing sports again might be worth it for some people. The benefits get murkier 5'6" upwards.

I see what you mean, but those seem like shortcuts to a proven, natural way to increase SMV - lifting. Say you're already at your ideal muscle mass and body fat % - would you take the measures I listed if it would improve your SMV?

"You look interesting" seems good too.

Thanks for the detailed comment. One question: saying "I thought you were cute so I had to introduce myself" doesn't seem very red pill or alpha. Unless I am going about this the wrong way?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
