Got my ass chewed out at work today :( BRB imagining sisyphus happy

It probably does give you a good bit of confidence when you’re with a woman but you need to remember to try and please her - which I assume you wouldn’t be focused on when paying for it

So after shaving if you don’t exfoliate you’re more likely to get ingrowns. Best form of exfoliation is alpha hydroxy acid serums imo, or maybe a really fine scrub mask with aha/bha in it. I’m a girl so idk what beard regrowth is like, but maybe start the exfoliation a day after shaving and see how you go (don’t want to put ahas on an open wound). If you get a milder aha (glycolic acid toner or something) you could probably use it daily. Also gotta use sunscreen with acids, and there are less in…

Have you tried ahas/bhas? Chemical exfoliation serums

True, but the fluffy eyebrow trend that replaced the ‘insta brow’ is also a bit weird imo

It’s insane to me that a man and a woman can accidentally create a life

I got a job offer today with a solid increase, but it means changing industry and moving into a shared house (instead of living with my family). Also I’ve only been out of uni a couple years - I’m nervous as hell and I know I’d have imposter syndrome

I think it’s fear of missing out combined with insecurity at dating someone that has had a bit of sex before them

It depends on your creams as some of them have niacinamide in them so you could be using it already. It’s an all rounder and inexpensive so I def recommend - I use inkey list omega water cream, or face theory vit c underneath my sunscreen (both include niacinamide)

Fair, doesn’t mean skinny is attractive though
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/22 08:59 AM

Idk about most girls but I don’t think less than 10% body fat is attractive unless there’s a good chunk of muscle there
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/22 06:35 PM

Sunscreen every day, a good simple face wash, moisturiser and maybe a vit c or niacinamide serum is a good place to start

It’s all true for me though, yes our economy is in the toilet but I still want my partner to be like ‘come on let’s go to a steakhouse’
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 04:05 PM
1

True but I don’t think it’s always that simple. In the UK for example student loans work differently - making it easier to get a degree and a good job without support from parents. Owning a flat/house is a bit different

Im not saying I need or want a CEO. But I’ve been seeing hundreds of jobs (in my company alone) get outsourced to countries in Asia. People are constantly priced out of the city I live in. Inflation is getting worse and I believe it’s only going to get harder for us. People without transferable skills are already struggling. I’m not saying things will always be fine for me, but I’m doing my best to make sure I’ll be able to get back on my feet when they aren’t, and I’d like my partner to have a …
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 01:12 PM
2

That’s easy for you to say. And I suppose that the women who hope to be stay at home mothers also shouldn’t care whether or not their partners can provide for them and their kids?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 12:55 PM
2

Oh yes I love this sub. I’m absolutely shallow for wanting date someone who has a similar lifestyle to me. And actually, I do care about personality too.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 12:40 PM
2

Lol someone is salty. I value my ambition and my financial success in myself, ofc I’m going to value it in a partner?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 12:36 PM
5

It’s not shallow at all. I live in an expensive city and I have expensive tastes. I like holidays and I love going to restaurants, but I also want to be able to afford a decent house in this expensive city. Like I said I can provide all of that for myself…I just want whoever I share my life with to be able to provide that for themselves too. It’s not just having the means either - it’s wanting that lifestyle too
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 11:29 AM
3

No I’m not kidding anyone, income definitely matters too. But I’ve worked hard to get where I am (obvs I’m still ambitious and still climbing) but I’d like someone in a similar position. Why is that a bad thing?

Yes…big deal I have dated and slept with more than one man in my life?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/22 02:44 PM

There is no rational debate here. I don’t think of men as sex objects and the fact that you think I do, based on what I’ve commented is ridiculous. Just seems like someone hurt you and you’re lashing out at me for it
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/22 12:39 PM
2

Who hurt you bro
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 10:10 PM
2

You have a really selfish attitude towards sex. I enjoy pleasuring whoever I’m with, I’d expect the same from them
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 09:29 PM
1

I don’t understand this argument. How is only caring about your own pleasure better than enjoying each other’s pleasure? Teamwork
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 01:19 AM
2

So I commented I had one bad sexual encounter and bc im female it’s obviously me that’s the problem? Because I clearly just play dead? Tf is wrong with you bro? You’ve got no idea what I am like in bed…like at all. I can’t with this sub sometimes
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 12:50 AM
3

You’re right…pls just jack hammer me like you would a sex doll. That won’t end up in a dead bedroom situation or anything Sarcasm aside, do you people not find enjoyment in getting your partners off?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 12:29 AM
3

I’d love to avoid the group of men that don’t give a shit about a woman’s pleasure. And if you’re talking about numbers…his was literally 10x mine
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 11:29 PM
1

I’m actually not friends with anyone I’ve dated (that I wasn’t friends with first), I find staying friends a little weird tbh. Also after we slept together he ended up liking me more and I think it’s just easier to be black and white about it
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 02:25 PM
1

Isn’t that more hurtful than breaking up with him?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 02:16 PM
7

Hooked up with a guy I wasn’t that attracted to (not unattractive just not my type), we had good chemistry and got carried away. Actually turned out painfully average, probably worst sex I’d had in a while. If it was better I probably would’ve ended up liking him more and we would’ve seen each other again Edit: I should add that he was very experienced but seemed to care more about his needs than mine…..if you get me
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 09:39 PM
3

I’d consider that normal, I wouldn’t consider a full face (bronzer, blush, eye makeup) normal on guys
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/22 07:06 PM
5

Idk bro that’s just so dumb
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 06:45 PM
5

Why is it different for you if you sleep with many women to when a woman sleeps with many men? Have you been with that many for fun or because you’ve been single for a while or bc you use it for self esteem?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 06:20 PM
1

I think you’d be surprised. I’ve dated a few divorced men (culturally it’s normal) and I much prefer them to the men that have never settled down (in their early 30s so still plenty of time to work/provide and I’m mid 20s so not worried about the biological clock yet)
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 06:17 PM
2

Except you don’t give half your wealth to everyone you date and having consensual sex with someone doesn’t diminish anyones worth
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 06:05 PM
6

Honestly I think it is just a lack of experience, as soon as these people have a few relationships/date around a little bit they’ll understand (not talking about extremes here)

Similarly though I don’t think women should expect to have men pay. I always offer to pay my way but I much prefer it when he’s like ‘no no, this one is on me’

Question for men, do you prefer to hold a woman’s hand or have her hold your arm? Particularly in the early stages, is holding the bicep weird????

What I’m saying is the first date doesn’t need to be an activity to do together. You don’t know that person yet, at that stage all you need to do is get to know each other, there isn’t a better way than talking imo. And even if you don’t have certain hobbies in common that doesn’t mean you’re not a fit - you should both have your own lives.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/22 08:00 PM
1

Or just don’t make her do stuff she has no interest in, and go somewhere you can actually have a conversation during a first date? If I was dating an artist I wouldn’t want to watch him paint on a date, I’d want to talk to him about art instead
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/22 07:03 PM
1

Yeah no it’s really not. A coffee shop is one thing but a football stadium is another…
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/22 03:29 PM

I don’t think this would ever work. I’d never set foot inside a football stadium and the cinema is a rubbish idea for a first date bc you don’t talk throughout the film
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/22 03:27 PM
3

Idk about that…personally I’d feel awkward standing alone and watching someone play sports
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/22 03:26 PM
1

I don’t mind it as long as he’s still into me. If I’m not feeling sex for whatever reason I wouldn’t mind him watching it. If I made a bunch of moves on him and he kept turning me down that’d be a different story. I wouldn’t mind watching it together either. But I wouldn’t be ok with anything where he could get emotionally attached, so i don’t like only fans, those chat rooms where you get live pornstars, or him following sexual instagram accounts.

What’s wrong with someone being too muscular?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/22 11:27 PM

Number count doesn’t matter too much (as long as I believe he’d be faithful when we’re ready). Religious is a dealbreaker, wanting kids is a deal breaker (and I guess all the obvious ones like arrogant, disrespectful, criminal background). I’ve been dating some divorced guys though (I’m 26) and while that’s not a deal breaker for me I am very wary about people that have cheated in previous relationships.

I think you’re wrong about women that like tattoos not being the majority though. Even non alternative posh twats like myself
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/22 10:04 PM
6

I had a pretty posh upbringing and I like them (I’m not alternative…regular hair colour and fairly plain fashion sense). But I like them where they’re can be hidden so they don’t impact a professional life at all (or give people a reason to judge you)
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/22 09:06 PM

Yeah. He said he got busy but with work and family stuff which is fair but after that long of dating I’d rather he just say to me ‘hey I’m busy this week but here’s a meme I still like you’ or some shit

I am talking to someone I like currently (not from tinder). Things are really early on with him but I just can’t be excited about multiple people. Honestly I haven’t even seen most of these likes come in. Investing in people takes a lot of effort for a worn out introvert - texting/calling/meeting in public/opening up. I know it’s not as big of an issue as most men have when online dating but it’s not as clear cut as you think. Last guy I dated was October for 2.5 months. He was very attractive, …

How is that the same thing? I’m not saying they aren’t good enough I’m just saying I haven’t got the capacity at the moment to give them a chance. Also my profiles have been on pause for a while. Couple of things I look for: Attractive (to me), good job, fairly fit, Also I like a sense of humour and pets, so if either of those come through on your profile that’s a bonus. Nothing sexual about their profile, no kids, no antivaxxers (instant swipe left) Luck is also involved as there’s a good chanc…

No it’s not 9k matches i misspoke, it’s 9k likes, I need to go through them (which I haven’t done bc I’ve been burnt out) And it’s not that none of them are good enough, it’s just I’m not emotionally invested in any of them
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/22 05:01 PM
5

No I fully understand that. And honestly I get burnt out so quickly when it comes to online dating and I’ve had so many disappointments. I do believe it’s much harder for men (especially those not on social networking sites). I also think the ‘me too’ and general attitude of feminism has made it harder for men to approach women in public
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/22 02:24 PM
9

I would say I’m averagely attractive. I’m youngish, not overweight and I generally look after my appearance. I only get male attention when I look for it though, I have over 9k matches on tinder but I don’t get approached much in public anymore (used to happen a lot in uni and when I worked in retail). I do believe for the majority of attention we need to put ourselves out there (dating apps/instagram etc) and many women don’t want to do that. And attention feels 100x better when it’s coming fro…

I mean this is a tough one because we can’t really define ‘the spark’. I think some sparks that people are looking for are ridiculous (love at first sight, dating outside your range flutters etc), but some actual chemistry is definitely needed imo
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/22 11:04 AM

I really don’t see how you can think personality doesn’t matter and dick size does. Honestly aside from being financial stable, a personality is the most attractive thing. I think that’s why men find online dating so hard, because their personalities never get through over a profile or texting. I’ve been on dates with guys that I wouldn’t have looked twice across the room but I ended up dating them anyway because their personalities made them attractive to me. Looks are important ofc but for kee…
