Modern Society allows them and encourages it. Women from religious upbringings normally shun this behavior and help each other stay in check. So for a true LTR material you will have a better chance at finding religious girls. The majority of women are feminist and pro hypergamy

Computer science is the future and I wish I stuck with it. Definitely would be making a lot more than I am now. Degree is an investment and if it’s a good degree like cs it’s worth doing. If you absolutely hate it then do something else but figure out what you see yourself doing 5-10 years from now Real estate requires a lot of capital and it’s not as easy as it sounds. Tenants can be Very annoying

Only if you’re rich with family wealth. If you don’t have family wealth then why earn your hard earned cash on an overpriced place. Plenty of hot girls in tier 2 cities with 75% off on cost of living.

Seems too coordinated and forced. I would apply abundance mentality and just see where it goes. Focus on having fun and the lay will follow. When you focus on a lay it’s harder and can lead to disappointment. Girls will have a million reasons as to why they say no. Period. Not feeling it. Have a worried roommate, etc.. It’s not worth wasting time thinking about it and just say ok see you next time and try again.

No reason to LTR or consider marriage unless the girl has a low n count. Just depends on what you value in a girl. Plates on the other hand it doesn’t matter. I’ve seen guys LTR girls with high n counts and everyone knows. They immediately lose respect for his choice.
