I really love pizza and treat myself all the time. People are like you eat so much how are you not fat? I just dont eat breakfast and go gym and drink a protein shake + pop some multivitamins and vitamin d on top of whatever i eat(usually junk food) and it works. Some people actually get pissed when I start explaining that a calorie is just a calorie because "muh health guru said otherwise".

As long as you get the protein you need your muscle mass loss will be minimal. 150 grams of protein on a cut and you should be more or less sorted.
